Taj Dubai

This hotel is conveniently located at the center of the Dubai business district (at Business Bay); close proximity to the Dubai Mall makes it more attractive. The rooms are really huge with large bathrooms and have a Burj Khalifa view that looks magnificent at night. Even the lift lobbies on each floor feel as if they are built for luxury. The breakfast place looks to fresh and a good way to start the day energized.

We arrived early morning and were immediately seen to and offered to store luggage. Check in procedure were completed quickly and we were advised that they will attempt to give us early access to room. We were informed 3 hours before normal check in time that our room was ready and were off to a great start. We booked a room with Burj view and was excellent. Room was spacious and clean and serviced on time. Breakfast was great and extremely tasty - we thoroughly enjoyed it. The Dosa and Masala Tea would be of the must haves. All the staff deserve commendation but one really stood out - Pawan at breakfast - he was an absolute star and just made the start to our day extra special. The hotel is well located in downtown and also offer a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - what a pleasure. We also celebrated a birthday and enjoyed the signature celebration package with cake and balloons - was very special. Overall - highly recommended and probably one of our best stays.

Stayed 3 nights at Taj Dubai. Excellent location in Dubai Downtown. Burj Khalifa view was super. Shuttle to Dubai Mall was a good touch. 'Kids at Taj' hamper made my 7 year old very happy. The family picture at check in and print out at check out was a nice touch. For some reason the Hotel felt like a Business Hotel... more Vivanta than Taj..probably due to the relatively smaller lobby area.. the reception/check-in desk is not easily visible when you enter due to the pillars/furniture.. Was a busy period and had to wait in a fairly long queue to be seated for breakfast. First day breakfast was chaotic..the breakfast is split up into multiple sections (3-4) due to space constraints...also,what's the point of keeping the Dosa counter live when the chef is going to rudely tell every one that you need to order from the table.. Just keep it inside and don't confuse the guests Or atleast put up some signage that tells the guests that! But that Bobby Dosa was nice. Hala taxis are available right outside the hotel, so commuting is super easy. At night, the road outside gets busy due to the crowd coming at the Billionaire club, but you get to see the best of cars up close :-) The name on the door at Miss Tess was missing a letter.

We arrived around midnight but were greeted by friendly welcoming staff and checked in as though it was midday, we were offered an amazing upgrade option which we did not take up. We were shown to our room and given a tour, the room had a great view of the Burj Khalifa, was a large room and had everything you needed and more. Next morning we went to breakfast which again was staffed by friendly welcoming staff who could not do enough to help. The quality of breakfast was some of the best I have seen even in Dubai. We spent our first day at the pool, where again the staff were amazing, you do need to chases the sun if that is your thing, which it is for us but the guy looking after the pool area had us covered putting towels on new beds as our beds were losing sun. Amazing, thank you 🙏

The hotel is really beautiful, clean and pampers the guests. All the employees at the hotel are very helpful with every request we have. It was very pleasant everywhere in the hotel, in the pool, in the dining room, amazing valet parking (they even wiped down our car before we received it at the hotel entrance before each trip). I especially recommend it to people of Indian origin because you can also connect with the atmosphere of India.
