Taj hotel has one of the most beautiful lobbies ⭐️ however we went to the bar Treehouse, which always have a great live music and amazing food. Great ambience and always a lot of nice people out there. Weather in Dubai is finally good, so this is must to visit.

Your housekeeping stole my son's new shose. We asked the staff they said they don't know. On the other side, the stay was good. The food was good. But yhe swimming pool is small، It needs to be bigger. The rooms are good and clean. The location is good.

From the moment I checked into the Taj Dubai I knew it was going to be very good. My suite was bigger than my home apartment with a huge bathroom with separate enclosures for bidet and toilet, a separate shower cubicle and a huge bathtub. The suite also boasted a separate walk-in wardrobe with luggage storage. The super king bed was very comfortable with the softest yet most supportive pillows ever. I wanted to take one home ! The suite decorations were superb and featured floor to ceiling window (3 metres high) with views of the beautiful mosque and the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. Air-conditioning was almost silent. The duty manager, Said Khan, was extremely helpful throughout my 2-day stay. He resolved a shuttle bus problem and even made time to show me the Presidential and Maharajah suites at the top of the hotel. Wow ! The lady at the desk, Maria Samir, was very friendly and helpful too. Other staff were quick to respond to all my needs. I really loved the (heated) pool area with its lavish gardens, comfy lounges and a convenient bar. I swam after sunset with the place almost to myself. Heavenly ! Highlight of my stay at the Taj Dubai was the outdoor "Treehouse" at night, with entertainment each night and the lovely host, Sarah Yasser. This gorgeous, friendly and very professional young lady is an asset for the Taj Dubai and a great ambassador. I think she should be paid more ! :-) A definite drawcard for my return next year ! Definitely the best hotel experience on my 35-day world trip !

We would highly recommend the Taj Hotel. The hotel is stunning and in a fabulous downtown / business bay location. The service is excellent in every area of the hotel. The room was huge and luxurious, beautifully cleaned and maintained twice a day. The executive lounge offered excellent value for money, with breakfast, afternoon tea and a cocktail 'hour' between 6 and 8pm each evening included. The staff in the lounge welcome you like you are old friends. We will definitely stay again.

Worst stay at€400 We stayed at the taj dubai for 3 nights paying € 400 for each night but was a dreadful experience. The only thing they were interested in was your money. Even before checkin they charged my cards for aed 1800. They said they had to even after I had informed them. Of late checkin. The room was oldish but had good space. The air conditioner made a rattling sound. As the whole ceiling vibrated. When asked for upgrade very duty manager in his sweet polite ways tried to convince that you will get an upgrade the next day. And agin the next day and gain the next day till finally they could only promise for the next visit. I told them that I was an epicure plus member but that didn’t help either so the black from American express would also not help. When I told them about the suffering at checkout the duty manager in the very same sweet tone said. Next time you come we will provide you with the best of services and upgrade. I doubt there would be a next time with Dubai having so many fantastic hotels. The only motivation was the Taj legacy which this hotel has broken. The silver lining was Mr Abhishek from the restaurant serving morning breakfast. Attending all customers with smile and delivering what he promised unlike the reception staff. He is an asset to this hotel and will soon see him in top post. All in all one of the worst taj experience out of all 21 taj I have stayed.
