Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at taj exotica resort Palm Dubai .I felt welcome was evident in every interaction.maram truly went above and beyond.making my stay even more special.it's rare to encounter such a personal touch in service and I felt incredibly well talken care of.

The lounge at the Taj on the Palm had delicious food and amazing staff . Basker made us feel exceptionally welcome literally like it was home away from home. The staff here know no boundaries they go way above and beyond the call of their duty. Our son who has very difficulties felt right at home here and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you want to taste of Dubai with a hint of India, the charge exotica is a place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. The rooms are spacious and quiet, bathrooms clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the aircon led to great sleeps.The pool was lovely, food great amd staff are all super friendly and nice.

The service we got throughout our stay was outstanding and would feel unfair to just mention one or two staff members as full team was outstanding. My husband said the mattress was the best he had ever slept on. Facilities were really good with sun beds also comfortable and added bonus of cool box with cold water available free of charge. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and very tasty. As a small aside and no negative to the hotel I get a little uncomfortable with some people who just loaded up their plates knowing there is no likeliehood of ever eating it all. I just wish some people wouldn’t be so inconsiderate. I would definitely return to the hotel.

Our 3rd visit to Dubai, but first time staying on the Palm. We chose this hotel because of our experience at the Taj Mumbai, and it did not disappoint. Suffice to say that manager Mr Bassem and all staff provided excellent service at every level. Huge special thanks to the Palm restaurant team Aaron, Ibner, chef Irfan, chef Jasminder and servers. Due to Ramadan food choices for theme nights were not available, however, what was on offer was amazing, especially the Indian food choices! But above and beyond, both savoury and pastry chefs offered to cook us any special dishes we requested - honestly these were sublime, too many to mention. Best beef sliced Thai curry ever, along with best Tiramisu and Cheescake ever! By the way we are real ‘foodies’ which is a key factor on our holidays. Also, Palm lounge staff Mr Whynn, Beauty and Mercy were excellent. Thank you all so much, truly an unforgettable experience, we look forward to our return. As we had previously done most of the main tourist excursions, we did not step foot outside the hotel for the whole week! The extremely high level of understated but elegant, sophisticated luxury throughout the hotel, made us feel completely comfortable and with a warm welcome.
