Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

Just perfection at Taj Palm last 3 days ! Was the first time my mom visited me in Dubai and couldn’t have been a better experience . It all started with the most amazing welcoming reception with Praju , her kindness and attention to detail was remarkable , made my Mom feel at home and couldn’t be more grateful for that . The type of professional that makes places and stays like this special ! Thank you so much Praju ! Room service and cleaning team always on the spot making sure everything was taken care of , breakfast is a unique experience, and vallet team also amazing ! This is the hotel I want to come back for and soon enough I will ! Thank you so much !!

Was very impressed with the hotel, hotel facilities, the room and the excellent service provided by the staff, however our stay was not 5 star because unless in your room there was no escaping the noise of the many children at the hotel especially the pool area as no area had been dedicated to adults only. We had booked the club lounge and expected to at least find some adult time in there however unfortunately at times the lounge had the atmosphere of a children’s party. We did discuss this with the staff and were offered to be moved, however again there was no adults only section so was not a resolution and just made us as a couples only feel very much in the minority of guests.

Very clean and the staff are amazing. So polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The toilets especially in some 5⭐️hotels let it down not here they were Incredibly clean even the pool ones. The food was lovely and great selection. The Taj Club lounge was lovely for pre dinner cocktails and canopies which were delicious. The staff were very attentive and Sufiyah always kept our drinks tended to and was very polite and welcoming. All in all we enjoyed our 6 nights here and would highly recommend coming back. As soon as you enter the hotel you are warmly greeted and the lobby is exquisite with beautiful opulent decor and design. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable. Thank you to Riannanh from Ireland who is a student studying tourism and working here who gave me a tour of the hotel and showed me some of the other room types. The pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds which were very comfortable and I the beach was clean with plenty of beds. The restaurant had theme nights which were lovely. We liked the curries from around the world. Breakfast was varied with anything you wanted and plenty to choose from. Overall a nice relaxing break for us. We would come again.

Great experience , really welcoming , all in all was awesome , food , services , clean , all in all everything was really awesope, we will be back eveytime we are in Dubai .... thank u all Everyone was smiling, great welcoming, clean , nothing really to add, we got everything a family needs , family suite, fullboarding, soirée, cocktails ...really à memoriable visot and to redo everytime we are in Dubai

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Taj! Special thanks to all the team members who assisted in arranging a special honeymoon set up for us. The photo amenity was a wonderful surprise for my wife. Thanks to Neha & all the Guest Experience team including the Culinary team who went above and beyond. This includes everyone from the Door person, bellman, housekeeping, front desk & all the staff we interacted were very hospitable.
