Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

We had a great experience at Aria. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. I received a massage from Julie who was absolutely amazing. The facility was clean and tranquil. It looked small on the outside, but the interior of the building was quite roomy. Even though it was fairly busy when we visited, it didn't seem busy at all. They have a wet sauna, a dry sauna and a pool all in the same room, which was convenient. The massage chairs also have an airbag feature that massages your arms, which my friend and I really loved. We had the most lovely experience the hotel is gorgeous and the staff are 10 star . We came from Australia to meet up with english family and would definitely return my husband and can not recommend enough this hotel and Dubai. Taj exotica resort is well worth your next destination.

Our first visit to Dubai and the Taj generally met our expectations of a quality hotel. The hotel and pool are big enough not to feel crowded but not on the massive scale of some other Palm hotels. The service was very good, rooms clean and spacious and staff welcoming. Food was good in all the restaurants/bars we ate in. The covered children's pool is great for little ones. Almost gave a 5 star review, but for the dreadful "AI generated' music (I use the term 'music' loosely) that pounds out incessantly around the pool, beach and Roaring Rabbit bar. If management do read this review, please remember that most of you clients want a quiet holiday where thy can chat to friends and family, and not have to compete with incessant drum and bass that has little or no melody. To be fair to the staff at the Roaring Rabbit bar, when I mentioned it, they did turn it down, and several other guests seemed relieved that they could now hear each other talk. The Taj is a lovely hotel, it could be great if the music was turned down!

The Stay at the Palm was Not what we expected and wished for. This Hôtel Is Not Worth it. the Service was Bad. The welcome was Not Like we Had experienced at other Hotels in dubai. We had to find the ways to Restaurant and other amenties- there was No helpers around. If you Book the halfboard - the Numbers Of Food Is Limited.

First stay at Taj Exotica Dubai Palm.The hotel is not too crowded and luxury .The Palm buffet breakfast is different choices and the emperor coffee is lovely especially po po is good service and kind.Beach, Pool are relaxing and pool restaurant food is excellent
