We visit twice a year and this hotel never disappoints. No standing in queues to check in, you chill in the lobby and they come to you to check in. Special shout out to BILLION at poolside!! This guy always has a smile on in face and is an asset to TAJ hotel. His service and interaction skills with guests is genuinely one in a billion.

Returning guests checking in at 2am was the start of our journey as a family . Raju greeted us with a warm welcome checked us in a swift timely manner ,our rooms where ready .Asked if we would like anything to eat how amazing and caring customer service was that @2.30 am. What can I say our first day Arminder greeted us in such a beautiful manner a great ambassador and role model for the Taj Exotica group displaying his professionalism with his presence and interaction nothing was too much for him to make our stay comfortable . The Club lounge team fabulous Baksia Sundeep, Diksha,Ascia a credit most importantly Dipu from HK keeping the lounge spotless Fantastic teamwork . Restaurant staff Aron,Chan and the supervisor were great in delivering their service. The Varq restaurant manager and his team were incredible in service and food we ate there twice . Raia possibly needs abit more support in delivering customer expectation as our food came out cold however was rectified asap. Overall an amazing hotel a credit to the hotel owner for having an excellent team delivering exceptional customer service will be returning back in the future . kind regards Sidhu family

Such a fantastic resort experience with excellent facilities and tremendous staff. Particular recognition to Ayub and the Club Lounge staff who were wonderfully hospitable and friendly- nothing was too much trouble and the team are a credit to the hotel - we hope to return in February!

Fantastic high tea with the family. beautiful setting with a fantastic ambiance created by the harpist. Very good food. Elaine and the team who were incredible. Fast, friendly, accommodating and super efficient. Definitely coming back …

Our experience was great from the first moment we stepped into the resort to the checkout. We arrived a bit early and were allowed early check-in which was really appreciated. The reception staff were very polite and explained everything clearly. Our kids really liked the decor and facilities especially the game room. Food in the restaurant was perfect both in ala carte as well as buffet with lots of options for vegetarians. The only issue we felt was that the kids menu could have been expanded a bit for vegetarians but the adult portion size was good and we never had to order anything extra. Pool was well maintained although we only used it once. Direct access to the beach was amazing. I would highly recommend this for families
