Hotel is very good. Very helpful staff at reception. I want to specially thank Lelisa for her help. Ayman and smily Ruby. Very nice coffee at the lobby and Khem who is always assisting us. The staff at the windows bar very welcoming and specially Hk team thank you

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel. Very convenient and quiet location. Superb service which included the reception staff being happy to help with any queries, efficient and friendly breakfast staff and a lovely tea ceremony. This time we had an art room which was even better than it was as it looked out over khlifa tower . We saw Mesium Dubai a couple of early mornings from our room. Comfortable beds, fabulous view, breakfast even better than before, good Wi-Fi. Loved all the artwork around the hotel which has been innovatively displayed. Hope to stay again. Bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Linens, towels, toiletries etc high standard. Loved the dressing gowns and slippers but best of all was the toilet. Quite usual by Europe standards,Loved it. Staff were really accommodating. We had problems was solved emiditly by the concierge ibrahim when we come down to recption and the hostess are busy and ibrahim he spock to us and solved after 5 minutes. Only in the lobby some uncomfortable armchairs, seems made just to make your time of stay in the lobby as short as possible . The only location are the bar, when open. The swimming pool is incredibly small, and it is not really possible to swim in a tow lines space. Breakfast is fine with both continental and Japanese menu. The personnel is very polite and the position good. bed and bathroom were all good but this hotel has really bad soundprooding. You’ll get to hear all sorts of slamming noises from your neighbors at the sides and the upper floor, plus cleaning noises from housekeeping early in the morning. With the IHG standard you would expect from such a great establishment. We know that a great host makes a great difference to the guests on every stay. I really appreciate what Ibrahim did for us when we called him to buy something that we couldn't afford to shorten our stay. He did it for us and sent it to us via DHL so we wanted to write a review about it and give you a 5 out of 5 rating. Once again the problems we faced were solved and that is due to your host Ibrahim who made a big difference knowing that he is a regular employee and his job is nothing more than to do more. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable and immaculately clean, as was the entire hotel. We especially loved the breakfast dining area – beautifully decorated with warm lighting, creating a delightful atmosphere to start the day. The breakfast itself was delicious, Fantastic hotel with great staff who helped us with all our questions. ibrahim was particularly helpful and we learned a lot about Dubai from him.The attentive staff is always going the extra mile and greeting you with your fav coffee in the morning and the venue's outstanding host, ibrahim , is on top of his game! He makes every event a success and you'll immediately feel like being part of that vibrant community forever. Keep up the spirit. This place simply puts a smile on my face, every time I enter. The ambience was very welcoming and the staff were vibrant and helpful. It felt like a place for family and friends with the staff being a part of it. The vibrance of the place was enhanced by ibrahim who was the epitome of Hospitality. Engaging with the staff was easy, the aesthetics of the rooms as well the lounge and bar space where an event was held was a well balanced mixture of chill and upbeat. You can tell a community with a profound unfailing system had been formed and had to filter down even with new staff members being trained in front of us. It literally felt like dealing with family members though not all family members are in our good books. Friendly, helpful staff. Shower inside the bath - not an issue getting into it just where it was located making it awkward but understandable why it was in the location it was, didn't spoil the visit though. Grt to have an area to sit at with a cuppa though it would be good if there were some English Breakfast teabags, not just green tea, in the room - take some from the breakfast area. They have a small terrace to enjoy the wine they sell in the hotel which was v good.The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The staff at the delicious breakfast were so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was air conditioned which proved wonderful since temperatures were in the high 80s and low 90s while we were there. The interior of the hotel is stunning and makes a change from the dreary modern hotel chains. We could not fault the room which had everything we needed including an absolutely enormous bed. There were so many personal touches which made such a difference to our stay. Breakfast was exceptional, the choice of food on offer was mesmerizing and the quality matched the hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel where fresh honeycomb was available each morning! Where the hotel really wins is with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. It felt like a family run hotel where the staff enjoyed interacting with the guests and were not just going through the motions. If we go back to Dubai we will 100% stay here. I am from the UK, and I’ve often heard people say that Dubai offers the best hospitality in the world. After my recent stay at the voco Hotel, I can confidently say that they were absolutely right. My 7-day stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff at voco Hotel are not only extremely friendly but also go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and comfortable. The housekeeping team deserves special mention for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and ensuring our rooms were always fresh and welcoming. The reception team was warm and professional, always handling every request with a smile. The F&B team truly elevated my experience with their outstanding service. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of delicious options to cater to every taste. They even went the extra mile by offering us two complimentary breakfasts during our stay, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Every meal felt like a culinary delight, and the attention to detail in both presentation and flavors was remarkable. Overall, the voco Hotel staff exemplify the finest standards of hospitality, making my stay unforgettable. This hotel was stellar. It hit on all points: service, location, restaurant, art gallery but best of all breakfast ! Holy moly, I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced a hotel breakfast like that. The drinks and snacks in the room were super nice as well. The street noise is a bit much but I suspect that’s true anywhere in the city. The sirens never seem to stop in Dubai. So glad we stayed here, it was a great experience. From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with friendly, helpful staff and this service continued throughout our stay ibrahim the mostly he great us this great man we saw in our life he acknowledged and professional as well. The room was clean and generously filled with added extras. The breakfast had the most variety of food I think I have ever been offered in a hotel and you could still request something different if required. This hotel is outstanding-- seemed like a 5 star experience to us. Beautiful common areas, very nice room, incredible breakfasts (the best we've ever had included in a hotel stay anywhere in Dubai ) and a very helpful and accommodating staff (best staff we've ever had is ibrahim in concierge very very helpful . And the restaurant was also excellent, for both lunch and dinner. voco Hotel is first class in all regards and very well-run. We will certainly stay here the next time we are in Dubai.
