Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre

Once again, we enjoyed an amazing stay at Waldorf Astoria DIFC. Beautifully designed and spacious suite, with a warm welcome back message. The breakfast at Bull&Bear is phenomenal, especially the avocado toast. Thanks to everyone for the attentive service, Aliae, Alannah, Abdalrhman, Sanjay, Nitin and Rikthi! See you soon again.

Loud construction heard from the room, woke me up at 7 AM. I was then offered a room change 3 hours later. Spent all morning changing rooms just to find out the loud construction is heard from all the rooms at this hotel. I spent over $500 USD a night just to heard loud construction noise and not be able to sleep. I was suppose to stay for 4 days but just ended up packing my stuff and leaving after one day. I was traveling with my wife and 2 small children. I was never offered any compensation for this horrible stay. Very bad service. I believe this is because I don’t look like a normal guest at this hotel.

We stay 3 days with our 2 year old son at Waldorf for a stopover. I am a lifetime diamond member and stay in many houses but this house is special. Starting with the very warm welcome from the staff in the arrival area and not stop with the service at front desk. Our highlight was the breakfast service at bulls & bears. The staff was so friendly to our kid (especially Rici a very nice Indian woman); we really enjoy our stay. Rooms are fine and we received an upgrade to a suite. Overall I strongly recommend the stay at Waldorf. One of the best hotels I ever stay.

Great hotel in Dubai. I was there with my family in December 2024. Almost all were perfect. One thing get a small minus. The smell from the smokers lounge smells in the rooms nearby.

We checked in early from a cruise and was met by a Filipino bellman who walked us to the lobby and took our luggage. He was very professional and informative a happy meeting. We were pleasantly surprised at the front desk to hear our room was upgraded (as a AMEX Platinum perk) 38th floor and ready for us by a friendly staff who made my daughter feel special immediately. Rooms were extremely clean and the view was perfect. The staff went over and beyond we felt like we were at a Four Seasons. Natasha was our server for breakfast and wonderful. She helped give options, extremely attentive, and quick. My parents were so happy with the service from the beginning through the clean rooms and guest service. Daily routine was met with front doorman that happily grabbed us taxis (a better value than Uber or private drivers). I think his name started with a C, looked at times for us to catch appointments and provide options. Concierge continually answers all our questions via WhatsApp and was able to secure or provide links for us to directly book. Amazing and we extended our stay as we were so happy with the service. 5 star attentive service, clean rooms and restaurants, we felt very take care of from my little girl to my parents.
