Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially during breakfast. The morning team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect – the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. They were always ready with a smile and quick to accommodate any requests. It truly made for a fantastic start to each day.

The hotel was spotless. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful dinner at the Bull&Bear Difc. I received a very luxurious service. The breakfasts were a la carte. I stayed in the king room. It was spotless. There was more than enough of everything a room should have. Since there were three outlets, they even provided me with a charger. The staff of the hotel were meticulously trained and educated. The meeting rooms were cooler than Bevirly Hills and there were chargers. Rome was also nice. You can walk to Dubai Mall in 30 minutes. There were always taxis in front of the hotel. You can also reach the hotel from the airport by paying a maximum of 100Aed (1000TL) [16km]. It is also a hotel where we can come with our family and be very comfortable. The pillows were also fluffy and ideal for a very comfortable sleep.

We had a superb stay with our 4 month old baby on a family holiday. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly at breakfast and I would like to thank everyone who made our stay so memorable (Grace, Natasha, Saif, Sou, Saliya, Kathos, Julian and Rubel). The rooms are spacious and in excellent condition, very comfortable. Would love to stay again on another trip to Dubai!

Our stay at Waldorf Astoria DIFC in January 2025 was a delight. The location was amazing and the hotel had all the amenities we hoped for and more. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. We are grateful to Anjana (the staff member who checked us in). She was so kind, very approachable and the customer service she provided us with was superior. Finally, we wanted to express our gratitude to Patricia the butler who looked after us with so much warmth and care. We appreciate you too. Thank you team for making our stay there so memorable. It was our first time there but it won’t be our last.
