Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights from March 28th to April 5th. In short, this hotel, and the staff that work there, are virtually perfect in every way. The employees are so friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way in every interaction to answer our questions or assist as required to make our stay enjoyable. Buffet breakfast is excellent, with off the menu ordering option. Pool area is quiet and relaxing. WA DIFC location is mid-way to just about all areas of Dubai. Highly, highly recommend this hotel.

What a luxury stay it has been , the staff , the service everything is beyond great , the breakfast buffet is amazing , the unlimited delicious options , the staff is soooo courteous , at breakfast natasha and gloria are such kind and hardworking women , they always greet with a smile and go above and beyond for u , the whole hotel has such a luxurious vibe , will definitely keep returning.

The Waldorf Astoria is located in the Dubai International Financial Center otherwise known as the DIFC. I stayed at the Waldorf for a one week work engagement at the DIFC. I found the room as well as the common areas beautifully designed using high quality finishes. The room assigned to me was amazingly spacious with two queen beds, a desk, and a large bathroom that included a stand up shower, a tub and a toilet room.. What made my visit pleasurable was the standout service delivered by all the staff. The wait staff at the Bull & Bear restaurant were attentive, friendly, and full of charm. In addition, the room attendants kept my room spotless and paid attention to every detail in replenishing towels or organizing the vanity. Aesop products are used on this property giving an added sense of luxury to the everyday bathing experience. The hotel is only 2 KM away from the Dubai Mall and the DIFC also has many good restaurants from which to choose. Overall, I highly recommend this property as it is the staff that sets this property apart from other 5 start hotels in Dubai.

Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC and had an incredible experience. The service was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had — the staff are absolute pros, super friendly, and made me feel completely at home. The vibe is elegant but never stiff, and everything just runs smoothly. Can’t wait to come back.
