Conrad Dublin

We stayed at the Conrad Dublin for St. Patrick’s weekend and we loved our stay! The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and cheerful, and the front office team was friendly and welcoming. We received a surprise amenity in our room on St. Patrick’s Day, which was a lovely touch from the hotel. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Conrad Dublin, for your hospitality.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for St Patrick's Day weekend and had a lovely time. Hotel is very clean and our bedding was very comfortable (I am a bit of a linen snob). Location of hotel was convenient. Every staff member that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Conrad has two exceptional employees with their doormen/concierges Eric and Diego for their outstanding customer service. I thought I had left my purse at a restaurant and they went above and beyond to assist me. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Dublin.

They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or ensuring my requests were handled promptly. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. The lobby itself exuded elegance and comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciated the personalized touches, concierge who took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Looking forward to my next visit!

The location is great, only a short walk to Stephen's Green Park and Grafton Street. Unfortunately, the rooms are very dated. The biggest issue we had was the toilet flush, it took forever for the water tank to be refilled and the noise coming from it was quite disturbing. Also having carpet in a hotel room is not really up to modern standards and also not very hygienic. However, slippers were provided which was nice. Service was very inconsistent. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The conditioner bottle was empty for the last two days of our stay and didn't get refilled. We only had turn-down service on two out of our four nights' stay and we only had chocolate one time. That was a bit disappointing. Same goes for water. Also the toilet didn't get cleaned regularly. Breakfast was nice, you could also order a la carte which was an additional fee, but quite worth it. Service at breakfast was hit and miss. The only good service we had was by Will who was very attentive and friendly, however his colleagues not so much. I had to order coffee three times from the same girl and it finally arrived when I was done with my food. Should not happen in a hotel like the Conrad. We had dinner and cocktails twice in their Bar Lemuel's, food was quite good, cocktails not so much. For 16 € a pop I would have expected some alcohol and not a mocktail.

This was a great hotel and in a very convenient location in the city which was super nice. I enjoyed the breakfasts and lunches I had at the hotel, not just basic hotel food but very good meals. I would definitely recommend this hotel if coming to Dublin
