Well placed hotel in St Stephen Green area, close to transport links and walkable to the river. Comfortable rooms and amenities with tea and coffee options, excellent breakfast and restaurant options too, both buffet and A’ la Carte to choose from.

Our stay exceeded all expectations, fantastic service from the first step, polite staff in the front desk, always assisting with all our questions. Premium king room was so cozy and comfortable. Location can’t be better, without no distance from many Dublin’s sights.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Conrad Dublin. Our suite was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom perfect and, having closets was a real treat. Much to my delight, the room was incredibly clean - always a must for me! The breakfast was wonderful. The buffet had every option imaginable and everything we tried during our 5-day stay was delicious. The location near Stephen's Green was perfect too! Rachel in the bar was the absolute best! The Conrad has a real gem in her, give her a raise! We loved our stay, and would definitely return!

My daughter and I stayed at the Conrad Dublin at the very end of our 2-week Irish adventures. I booked our stay through my AMEX FHR and, boy, did it pay off! When I did my pre-check-in the day before, I noticed they had upgraded our room from the basic room to one of the top suites-The Lir Suite! The AMEX FHR perks does provide a room upgrade but this was a MAJOR one!!! This suite had actual live plants and the decor you actually see in the photos. It was INCREDIBLE. When we arrived, we should have been able to check in at noon (AMEX perk) but our room was not ready. No problem since we had a tour planned. When we returned after the actual check-in time, our room still was not ready. We were offered a bit of a credit to go grab coffee and a drink for my daughter and our room was ready after that. We ordered room service off the basic room service menu for dinner, which I think could be elevated a bit. We just got pizza and a salad so nothing special. Also indulged in a very long soak in the huge tub. This tub was soooo long. Now this is where I am taking a star off. We faced the street and there was a huge group of students who were apparently getting picked up by coach busses from some event in the area . This was around 9-10 pm. Well, they were being very disorderly, getting in fights, throwing bottles, and just overall out of control. They were also entering the hotel. I tried calling down to the front desk about it and no one would answer. This was very unsettling as I was traveling alone with my daughter. When I inquired about this the next morning, the security team had not yet arrived (it was too early for their shift) and so the front desk staff were left to their demise to handle it which is totally unacceptable. There were HUNDREDS of these students with no chaperones. As a five-star hotel, better protocols need to be p out in place for security measures. In the morning, the breakfast was so good. With AMEX, we received complimentary breakfast buffet and it was perfect. They even have a large honeycomb you can cut off of! All in all, wonderful stay. Love the location near Stephen’s Green!!!

My recent stay at the Conrad in Dublin was incredibly disappointing. From the outset, the customer service was subpar. It took over 40 minutes to check in, with the front desk agent appearing inexperienced and reluctant to seek help. The room itself felt outdated and lacked the comfort one would expect from a Conrad property. Housekeeping was equally frustrating—on our second day, we returned at 3:00 p.m. to find our room still unserviced despite leaving at 9:30 a.m. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. The dining room was overcrowded, and the small tables were uncomfortable for two people. To top it off, certain hot items came with a €9 surcharge, even for Hilton Honors Diamond members. Compared to my experiences at the Shelbourne and Merrion hotels, the Conrad falls far short. A thoroughly disappointing experience.
