A perfect evening!
Had a fabulous time! Food and Drink was fantastic, Safi was absolutely brilliant and made us some delicious cocktails! He was so lovely and incredibly attentive he also had a great attention to detail ensuring that we had the best evening!!

Fabulous stay thanks to Safi and Jose!
Another fabulous stay at the Intercontinental Dublin. Safi was truly outstanding. Not only was he incredibly attentive and efficient, but he also remembered us from our stay at the hotel last year! This personalised touch immediately made us feel very welcome. Safi consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. He provided excellent recommendations for drinks and also remembered our preferences! Secondly, I would like to acknowledge Jose for his outstanding service during breakfast. While other staff members seemed to be less attentive and most mornings we struggled to gain their attention, Jose was consistently proactive and ensured that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently.

Amazing Christmas 2024
Had such an amazing time at The Intercontinental with my family over Christmas. The decorations were beautiful, the staff friendly, and the food/drinks delicious! Safi at the lobby bar took such good care of us. Any time we needed anything he was quick to offer a hand — sometimes before we even asked!

Safi and the rest of the bar staff were behind accommodating on an incredibly busy Christmas Eve. Despite the stressful night, the staff was so friendly and personable! We loved our experience! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and specifically the bar to any friends and family coming to Dublin!
