We have been coming here for 7 years now and never anything less than exceptional. What an warm welcome from Gary at the front desk, we had a great chat at check in and he provided a full itinerary with what to do with or stay. This hotel will always be our choice when visiting Dublin. As always, the staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Gary and all the team, see you on our next visit ☺️

Unbelievable
The best experience, especially the service from Safi. Could not recommend more. We’re regular guests here for the last 20 years so it’s really great to see the standard has been consistent throughout. But Safi has brought it to a new level. Love this hotel and the staff!

Best hotel in Dublin
Great hotel. As a IHG diamond elite member I stay at properties all over the world and this one is one of the best. Beds were super comfy and room was spacious for Europe! If you want a nice stay in Dublin stay here! Also, shout out to Safi and Ivanne at the bar they were super nice and Paul at reception was super helpful as well.

Amazing First and Last Impression of Ireland
My wife, adult son and I stayed at the InterContinental Dublin at the beginning and end of our one week journey to Ireland. What a wonderful first and last impression of this magical place. Nicky Logue, General Manager, has put together an all-star team. Valerie, Chef Concierge, provided an itinerary full of great suggestions for not only Dublin, but our entire journey. Gary at the Front Desk coddled us to ensure we had everything we needed in the hotel. Thank you...we'll be back!
