The Perfect Place
I proposed to my partner while staying at the Shelbourne and contacted the team before I arrived. The team at the Shelbourne ensured it was extra special and took exceptional care of us. We are now assessing wedding venues and the Shelbourne is on the list. Everything about the Shelbourne is exceptional and it's a privilege to experience everything

Great Team at Shelbourne!
Staff for all matters was fantastic. Great hotel location. Food service in restaurants was great also. Having attentive team at the entry door area to help with directions, taxis, luggage and everything else was appreciated. Hot cider in the lobby was a nice touch!

Well maintained hotel on the Green
Stately hotel situated on the green and in close proximity to many of the city's main attractions (and shops). Lobby area was nicely appointed with access to restaurants and front desk. Check-in was efficient but I was not offered a room till 3:00 pm even though my Bonvoy app indicated that I had a room earlier. Staff's promise to alert me when a room became available did not materialize - seriously, they should not say this to their clients if they are not able to truly offer this service. Assigned room was nice - it was well maintained and came with amenities expected of this chain. Shower was inside a tub that was fairly deep that made entering and exiting a little hazardous for the more aged clients. Restaurant served a good assortment of breakfast selections - it was good but not great.Staff throughout were attentive and professional. Electronic receipt for the stay required several calls before it was delivered - not understanding the hold-up. Overall, a nice establishment and would rate higher if not for the negative experience with check-in and billing.

Amazing property
The Shelbourne is just stunning! From the moment you walk into this immaculate historic hotel-you will enjoy all that it has to offer. The location is just ideal-the restaurants are superb and the staff is the most helpful and professional. The concierge booked several things for us and each was just amazing. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Where to stay in Dublin
Always a pleasure staying at The Shelbourne! Excelllent staff and service. I look forward to going back to Dublin and The Shelbourne. From room service to hotel restaurants there is no need to go anywhere else. Front desk personnel are always happy to accommodate your wishes. Excellence personified!
