The Shelbourne, Autograph Collection

We had a pleasant stay at the Shellborn Hotel in Dublin. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is nice, with well-equipped rooms, though they feel a bit tired and could use some updating. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Overall, a good experience, and we would stay here again.

Our experience in The Saddle Room restaurant was simply amazing. Ana, Mariel, Jennifer, and Daniel provided the best dining experience we could have asked for—attentive without being intrusive and wonderfully accommodating. Every meal was a highlight of our stay, and their attention to detail made it extra special. Eugene and other housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The Shelbourne team exemplifies outstanding service and genuine care, creating a luxurious and memorable experience that we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to return to Dublin and stay here again! Wonderful hotel with great facilities and staff - all very helpful. Good restaurants and bars. Great atmosphere in lobby- good place to meet people. Have stayed here before and have booked to return next month for another visit! Will not disappoint anyone staying.

We had a fantastic evening here last night. The atmosphere is amazing and the decor is so beautiful. Our server was called Tao and he was such a perfect gentleman. He was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, he really made the experience! He is great at making the cocktails which we found to be delicious and carefully presented. Our sincere thanks to him and the Shelbourne Hotel, we will certainly be returning!

Wonderful stay as always. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean with all the luxury touches like Shelbourne slippers, magazines, chocolate at turn down. Such a treat and the comfiest hotel bed I have ever had the privilege to experience. Beautiful linens also. You can feel the history in the building. It has retained its classic feel and its connection to Irish history. The quality of the hotel maintains its place as a very special Dublin hotel.
