A hotel that makes you feel like you're royalty
Beautiful hotel, centrally located a short walk to the Grafton Street shopping area. Also, a short 15 min walk to where the buses pick up for tours and great restaurants. The Saddle Room in the Shelbourne is superb for dinner. The pool is delightful with a sauna and steam room. Staff are very helpful. The room is luxurious with a strong shower and even hot towel racks, bathrobes and slippers, a safe, water daily, turn down service, and a coffee/tea set up with chocolate chip cookies. Umbrellas, much needed, are readily supplied. Definitely a hotel to stay in if you want to feel rich.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first ever stay in Hotel in mid-April. The staff were so helpful and friendly - answering our questions, helping us navigate the hotel and all of its facilities. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the service offered and how it was delivered. I particularly liked that the Hotel offers specific bars for residents only given how busy it can be with non- residents. We have already booked to stay again in November 2025. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Mine and my husbands’ stay was really perfect and the hotel really lived up to our expectations. Everything is really well thought out and delivered to a very high standard.

“Very enjoyable, lovely staff especially Rosa in the restaurant, she recommended the omelette and French toast which was delicious. The rest of the staff were very friendly and obliging. Rooms very comfortable, loved the bathroom. Everyone and everything was superb.

Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, from doormen to reception to restaurants. Restaurant did an incredible job in catering for our food allergies. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Perfect hotel, ideal location for local attractions, thank you.

They also sent beautiful flowers, champagne and a wonderful gift for my granddaughter wishing her luck on her competition. Every detail including housekeeping was perfect.
