Called in for a drink and some food. Foyer and bar were half empty and so was the bar. Told we couldn’t be accommodated as we were not resident. The 2 people we spoke to were rude and dismissive. The toilets beside reception were dirty and cold. Would not recommend.

We popped into The Westbury yesterday while in Dublin celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and we will remember our visit forever. They brought out a desert to wish my daughter a happy birthday, it was a lovely thought - and the desert was very good too! We will definitely be back to stay next time. Thank you.

Just experienced a very different and disappointing welcome at The Westbury lounge / bar .As long standing guests the staff attitude seems to have dropped somewhat and unable to embrace the Christmas cheer !!….off to Brown Thomas where the welcome is always fabulous !…….bottle of champagne and cocktails missed at their bar and very disappointed with the place we like to think of home in Dublin !!….such a shame !!!…..Adam Garrett and Jayne Milburn

Omg I love love loveddd the ambience and service of the afternoon tea. We were served mainly by Samau and other waitresses and their service was spectacular. Super amazing and listened attentively to all we needed and more! Highly highly recommend! The butler’s and receptionists were so helpful and I received a handful of everything I needed. The bathrooms were really neat and kept tidy. Love it!

We had the most beautiful festive stay at the Westbury last weekend, & I cannot reccommend it highly enough. . From the moment we arrived our Christmas began, 🎄 from the amazing decor & lights outside, which is so beautiful, the prompt Conciererge service, & the wonderful welcoming staff, & then we had the most Devine dinner at the gorgeous Wilde Restaurant followed by cocktails afterwards in the Sidebar cocktails bar 🍸 Just Amazing, loved every minute. Also it is so close to Grafton Street, Brown Thomas & all of the beautifully decorated streets & stores of Dublin. . Just the perfect start to our Christmas holidays. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, will definitely be back ❤️ Lorraine Hickey Kilkenny
