Amazing afternoon tea today in the gallery of the Westbury! Haven’t been back since 2018 and have to say the standard is still amazing as it was back then! Brought my mam for an early Mother’s Day treat and we were blown away. Today we had Sohini and Alejandro looking after us and they were both so professional, friendly and attentive!! All the food was delicious, especially the scones. I have an allergy and they dealt with it so easily, very professional. Would recommend trying the Irish whiskey cream tea, it is to die for. Can’t wait to come back again, hopefully it won’t be such a long time in between visits next time!

The Westbury is perfectly located just off of Grafton Street. Despite being located so centrally, the noises from the street (and were there over St. Patrick's Day weekend) did not get in the way of a good night's sleep. Highlights of this hotel include the breakfast - not to be missed, the lobby bars and the staff. Every staff member from the doormen to the front desk to the servers and the housekeepers are friendly, and can't do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. If I were being very picky, I would say the standard rooms could benefit from a slight refresh but no matter, I would return!

From the minute we walked in the door of the Westbury for our stay we were met with the most fabulous staff , but the guest experience manager Elena was honestly the best Iv come across she was so warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, so much so we are going to cancel a booking we had made in Kerry and return back to the Westbury in April for my birthday instead! Along with that the newly refurbished rooms are divine as are the byredo products in the bathrooms! The beds are also some of the nicest Iv stayed in! All in all such a positive experience and we can not wait to return !

Water pressure is the worst I’ve ever seen. 3 black hairs in shower and we are both blonde. Just irritated as it’s so expensive and our honeymoon as we leave at 4 am so can’t even bother to call down. Suitcases took forever to come up. Not worth $400 a night at allllllll. Disappointed.

Loved the location and the staff were excellent. We had dinner in The Side Car bar and it was lovely. The breakfast was lovely and the service was excellent. The only disappointment was the room. It was a standard king and needs a refurbishment and the bathroom was very dated and small.
