The Westbury Dublin

WOW! The place is beautiful. So much to do from here also. We did not have time for tea but see it is something we need to do next time. Also, the Guest Service was so OUTSTANDING. We had a small problem and Sarah looked after it right away and fixed it. She made us feel that she really cared. This type of service rarely exists anymore. Thank you all!

Stayed at the Westbury for two nights in a suite connected to a twin. Family of five with three teen children. Worked really well and especially the suite was very spacious. Bathrooms are a little small and should be renovated soon - otherwise beds and cleanliness was great! The hotel is located spot on next to shopping and restaurants. There’s a valet parking! Can surely recommend if in Dublin!

This is a great hotel with amazing staff. We were very impressed when the front desk gladly took our luggage 2 days before our check-in (we did a tour outside Dublin first) and when we returned to the hotel, they had already brought up our luggage in the room—where a chilled champagne was also waiting for us. Outstanding and attentive service! The signature suite was well appointed, decent in size for the European standard, with a comfy four poster bed, high quality linens, and Malin+Goetz bathroom products. Delicious breakfast at Wilde, great service by Brendan! We also enjoyed cocktails at the Sidecar—Leticia and Adrian took care of us with warm kindness. All other staff we’ve interacted throughout our stay was also very nice, eager to help. Prompt and attentive housekeeping too. The tiny gym is only part that we felt could use some expansion and update. Overall, I would place the Westbury to the top tier of the 5 star hotels we have visited so far.

The Westbury is THE place to stay in Dublin. Location is unbelievable and perfect for shopping, entertainment and sightseeing. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and sophisticated but its the staff that are magnificent. Sarah, our guest experience manager went above and beyond and provided an upgrade to a suite due to a small issue with our initial room. This was unexpected but WOW what a room and the service provided by Sarah and all the team must be commended. From the reception, restaurant and to all the staff in The Sidecar thank you for making our stay memorable. We will be back but friends of ours here in Australia have already booked The Westbury for they're stay later this year.
