Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf

Lovely hotel on the harbor overlooking interesting, mostly modern architecture. Hotel staff very pleasant and accommodating. about 20 minute walk to Old Town and 10/15 minute walk from public transportation. Extensive European breakfast.

All on STEVE was very good. Everything was perfect to the mark. The only problem I face was the response to the calls made to the reception and concierge most of the time they were unanswered

Bar terrible. 45 mins to serve drinks in a quiet bar with 4 staff. Chased 5 times. Sat looking at a table full of empty glasses the entire time. Awful service. Staff kept saying on its way. It’s a shame as we have stayed in Hyatt for many years including very long stay but really wont be back

Overall a really lovely hotel - however certain price elements are super expensive. 5 drinks at the bar for 100 EUR is nothing for a night out. Don’t loose your parking ticket - you are going to pay 100 EUR to replace it. The rooms and the hotel are lovely but the “by the way costs” are making it an expensive experience!

We went to Munster for a wedding, and were stuck in deciding a hotel. At the last minute and because we are world of Hyatt members, we decided to check out a king suite in Dusseldorf at the Hyatt regency at the Media Harbour, we are sooooo glad we did. Everything was awesome! The food, the drinks, the service, the room. Walking distance from the TV tower and rotating restaurant and other really. I’ve places. 10 min cab to the train. The restaurant is right on the river and seating outside, especially at night is really nice. And excellent beer. I mean.. of course. We will be back for sure.
