We had a cosy and comfy stay. The staff is very pampering and committed.we had a very good experience. Thanks a lot for making our time in Edinburgh special.

I enjoyed the character building - inside and outside - in quiet area of Edinbugh but easy walking to Princes Street. Care, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was excellent.

Lovely hotel in a quiet street, the room and the bathroom had everything you need for having a peaceful stay. Our only problem was it was approx 88 steps to the wee bedroom, we are pensioners but pretty fit but some old people would not make it up there without a problem. Also for a high end hotel one would think the tv would have more than a handful of channels, as i said the room and bathroom had it all and we would stay again for sure.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My room (a wee double) was more spacious than I expected, and had a fridge, bottled water, fluffy robes, a coffee maker and a super comfortable bed. The window had a beautiful view across the city. The location is perfect for visiting Stockbridge and Dean Village and the bus into the city centre is close and easy, but it's also a quiet street- I slept really well here. My room was ready when I arrived at 11:30am and I was able to check in immediately which was amazing. The staff here really were exceptional- Erin especially went out of her way to help me find places to eat that had gluten free options, and everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Such great value for Edinburgh.

Lovely comfortable Hotel in a great location with lots of charming characters. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed Breakfast was delicious. Friendly helpful staff .We had an issue with our heating which was resolved quickly and promptly can't fault this Hotel .would recommend too anyone wanting a short break in Edinburgh.
