Excellent location and easy access from airport on bus 100. The bus stop just in front of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the entire staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They send information about city and recommended place to visit. Also, the breakfast was delicious

We had a phenomenal experience at Roseate. In all our travels, I would say the team here was the most gracious and accommodating. They had our room ready for an early check-in, offered us delicious lattes and cappuccinos as we waited, took us personally to our room, and included parking, wine, and breakfast with our reservation. All this in a perfect location that is on the bus line and walkable to the Royal Mile and downtown. I highly recommend! Oh, and the bed was soooo soft and comfy… we overslept!

I stayed at the Roseate Edinburgh for one night during February. I flew from Birmingham for a friend’s baby shower/afternoon tea which was being held at the hotel The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Murrayfield Stadium tram stop which is a direct route to/from the airport A few weeks before arrival I emailed the hotel kindly requesting an early check in if possible, as I’d be getting up at 4am for my flight Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly gentleman (I believe called Zoltan) who recognised my name and my early check in request I waited in the restaurant area with a hot drink, and my room was ready by 9.30am. The drink was on the house! I was personally guided to my room - the room was modern, clean and cosy. I was able to have a rest and get ready before the event which was a massive relief The afternoon tea was lovely. The food was fresh and very tasty, and the staff hosting were very attentive I opted for breakfast the next morning - I had the yoghurt, fruit and granola along with some toast. The breakfast was amazing and again the staff were attentive I can’t thank the staff enough at the hotel for fulfilling my request for early check in - I wasn’t expecting this to be possible at all, never mind my room being ready at 9.30am! The staff were incredible, so friendly and welcoming. During breakfast I overheard staff helping lots of guests with directions, things to do in Edinburgh etc I really enjoyed my stay at the Roseate and I can genuinely say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, if not the best I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I would definitely recommend others to do so!

The hotel is about 10mins walk from haymarket train station. We arrived early but the guy on reception checked to see if our room was ready he took us into the lounge area and offered us tea or coffee which I thought was a lovely touch as it was very cold. He informed us the room was ready and took us over to the other building and showed us around the room. The room was lovely with tea and coffee and a massive tv. The bathroom was gorgeous it had all amenities. We had breakfast in the morning which was cooked to order absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel

5 stars isn’t enough! This place is just too perfect for words. Beautiful rooms, nice and quiet but near the city centre. The staff is lovely and accommodating! Excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks. Our second time here. Got a lovely room and a desert since we were celebrating our anniversary
