The Roseate Edinburgh

The staff at the Roseate couldn’t have been more welcoming! From the moment we arrived Zoltan made was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. All members of staff were the same. Nothing was too much bother. We were in The House across from the main hotel but it was not too much of an inconvenience and the facilities were very good. Although our room was fairly small it was spotless and there was a lovely conservatory at our disposal. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant . We did have quite a wait but the food was worth it when it came.

I do an average of 60 hotel stays annually in the UK and my experience at the Roseate was by far the best I’ve had. On arrival. To my surprise, rather than being quickly checked in and ushered to my room- they offered me a sit down, a cup of coffee and spent 20 minutes discussing my visit and things they can do to make my stay more comfortable. I explained to them that I had a conference very early in the morning (7:am) and would miss breakfast- and they went the extra mile and prepared a packed breakfast AND ordered a driver to collect me at 6:45 sharp. The hotel is clearly a well oiled machine, and with 35 rooms across both sites, you can tell they personally take time to know each guest. Zoltan the receptionist manager is probably the most informative and customer focused professionals I’ve come across. A good guest experience is down to the little things, and even the fact that they ask taxi drivers to come in to reception and help you with your bags creates a wonderful, stress free environment and stay. I will be staying at the Roseate every time I’m in Edinburgh.

This hotel is simply amazing. Every aspect of it is not just first class. It is world class from the customer service to the exquisite rooms. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, especially Zoljan This is a hotel I recommend to all my family and friends and a place my husband and I return to over and over again we simply would not stay at any other hotel in Edinburgh and I have stayed at many whilst working in Edinburgh but nothing compares to this hotel. Anybody staying would never be disappointed

We just came back from our trip to Edinburgh and our stay at the Roseate for a week. It is an amazing hotel. First impression upon entering is the amazing scent and the beautiful wooden staircase. Rooms are as clean as they can get, never had any issue and all the staff are true professionals and with a smile on their faces, ready to assist. Breakfast was really good with great selections. Now, last but not least, the true gem of the Roseate, Zoltan. The true stars of the hotels are the employees and Zoltan is 5 stars himself. A true professional, knowledgeable of the city and what it offers and you can tell he is an amazing person too. He is genuine and he is 100% top quality hospitality professional. Overall our stay was amazing and if we revisit the city, the Roseate is out only option. Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the service was outstanding, and the location was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
