Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa

Excellent hotel fabulous staff really comfortable beds we had a fabulous 3 night stay. The pool is great and a real add bonus. We had dinner in the restaurant very reasonable priced and excellent food we will be returning soon The Christmas decorations looked beautiful such a nice place to visit and they have a car park

Hotel staff are very attentive and always ask if your having a good stay. The club lounge was a nice relaxing place to sit in and was well looked after.Good selection of drinks. Breakfast was very good and the food was warm.Again great selection of food and drinks. Bedrooms were clean and well kept.Comfy beds and the bath and shower were really good. Only gripe was upon leaving we complained about our spa visit and the staff member was really interested but she did however validate our parking free of charge. Probably the worst service and management that we have experienced in a long time. The staff in all areas, lounge club, bar area, restaurant ,,,, where not well trained, unprepared, slow, could not answer questions …. It was a disaster. Management would not come out to talk to us when requested. Many customers had the same frustrating experience.

O right in the heart of Edinburgh! Our stay at the Sheraton Grand was wonderful! The rooms were nice and well maintained. Beds were so comfortable! We were upgraded to a city view which was lovely!!! The breakfast service in the restaurant was excellent! The staff were very attentive and professional. The spa was also nice. The spa manager Young gave me a tour of the spa which was nice.

Stayed at Sheraton in Edinburgh. Hotel was efficient. Good room with nice lighting arrangements. Very good breakfast. We felt hotel was is great location for all amenities and attractions. Good swimming pool which was quite busy. Will return and would recommend to others.
