One of my favorite hotels - Fabulous
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of good hotels. The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfy, the food and service in the restaurant was superb and the staff in the hotel and on reception were the most friendly and professional staff I have ever had the pleasure conversing with.

It won't disappoint
We had high expectations for the hotel—and it didn’t disappoint! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The team was incredibly welcoming, striking just the right balance of being friendly and familiar without ever being over the top. The location was great, and the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were really superb—comfortable, stylish, and well thought out. It was absolutely worth it, and we’d definitely come again. A fantastic stay all round.

This hotel made me stay a virgin
Don’t fall for the deceiving look of this establishment, although it looks quite bougie it is awful. The room I was staying in had mold on the wall and there were used socks on the bed, I felt absolutely mortified also the staff lost my suitcase for 7 hours now this is something I’d let slide but I had a business meeting and I had to reschedule due to this mistake. The food was to expensive for an average meal I could have gotten better at a fast food chain. I won’t be coming back as this experience has left me feeling disgusted and frustrated.

Amazing time at Virgin hotel Edinburgh
Everything about our stay in this hotel was simply amazing, location is great for exploring Edinburgh, restaurants and bars are great in the hotel, roof terrace has great views, rooms are perfect. I cant fault my experience at all and would recommend this hotel! Special should out to Ed the concierge he was amazing at helping me set up a surprise for my wife on her 40th birthday nothing was to much trouble!

50th Birthday Celebrations
Stunning!! Was initially slightly worried that the hotel wouldn’t live up to the expectations I had from viewing it on-line, but it exceeded them!! The hotel is beautiful. We’d booked a Grand Chamber room and it was spectacular. Exactly as shown in the photos on the website and it was absolutely immaculate. All staff were super friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice available. The hotels location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. Would love to make a return visit!
