Excellent hotel with very professional stuff Very good rooms, clean and all that we requested was immediately done,.allways with kindness and with a lot of patient. Internment was very good .Breakfast and dinner were Excellent Thank you Dimitris and Georgia and of course all the great and kind stufff.

This is what an example of genuine hospitality looks like. If we could give it 10 stars we would. Every person working there was interested in making our experience perfect. Friendly and professional staff. Athin and Lefterius were incredible examples of people who care about people and made our holiday incredible special. We will not forget our trip to Domes of Elounda and will share this fact with our friends and family back in the USA. We will be back and we thank you for a fantastic experience. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!

Lovely stay - Core suite was lovely - huge, clean, modern, large bathroom with lovely amenities. Maid service was great every day, very friendly. All staff were really friendly and helpful. We preferred the natural beauty around the beach than the pool. Very vast resort and we enjoyed walking around it although there were plentiful buggies to assist with that. Buffet breakfast was good and lots of options. Evening buffet was enjoyable as a change for us on several nights - but some items were cold occasionally. Surprised there were no hand sanitisers in sight - for buffets I believe this is a must. Core evening experience was good for one night. We didn’t have a great experience at Blend and don’t really see why it has such great views, but perhaps that was just our experience, management did try to make amends. Plaka is a 15 minute walk and is such a beautiful little village with several great restaurants and craft shops, very friendly locals. Spinalonga is a must, the views of it from all around the hotel were the focal point of our holiday - beautiful. One thing we didn’t like was the black plastic cups we were served for beer at the beach (in the actual restaurant, not on loungers), also for wine at Core - put us off having a drink at both again - Overall, thanks for a great stay.

Perfect holiday, beautiful hotel, excellent location, fab staff. Best of both private beach with stunning pool spoilt for choice ample sun beds. Amazing luxury hotel, really good atmosphere, staff attentive and professional, feeling truly relaxed and spoilt
