The Albereta welcomes you to a refined setting, which is marked by good taste: antique-style lounges and terraces with extraordinary vistas of Lake Iseo, between the hills and vineyards of Franciacorta. From the first coffee in the morning to the last glass in the evening, the Albereta reinterprets the bistro tradition in an Italian way, whilst the new restaurant highlights the cuisine of yesteryear. Add to this the magic of the opening ceiling of your room to gaze up at the stars from the comfort of your bed and an exclusive visit to the family cellars at Bellavista and Contadi Castaldi. Finally the Albereta is a place dedicated to health and beauty thanks to its Medical Spa Espace Vitalité Henri Chenot.

I stayed at the L’Alberta location twice. First time was lovely. This year I stayed for 3 nights alone. It was during a renovation which I was unaware of. Bc of the renovation I was unable to have treatments, which was my purpose. On my 2nd day, I removed my new custom made diamond hoop earring durning the night and placed it on my bedside table. Just one earring bc of comfort. In the morning I went to breakfast and left it on the bedside table. When I returned from breakfast my room was clean and the earring was gone. This was theft not an accident. I was frustrated and disappointed. The earring was placed in the middle of the bedside table. Not near the edge. I forgot to put it back in my ear before breakfast. I reported this to the front desk. I departed without any spa treatments and one earring in my ear. This should never happen at this kind of resort which prides itself on comfort and home away from home. I did not receive a follow up email or message from the hotel. They did not apologize or accommodate in any capacity. (I did not ask for anything.) There is no excuse for theft under any circumstances. Be careful. I am still upset and in disbelief.

My wife and I stayed at the L'Alberete for one night in October, 2024. It was the best hotel experience of our lives. Everything about the :L'Alberete is beautiful. Go there and stay for more than one night!!

Love the hotel, the spa and staff Just needs a decent chef . Dinner was nothing like it appeared in translation on the menu and very small portions The new 8 course tasting menu next day was a disaster . Lamb was one of the chewiest pieces of meat for ages Think even breakfast is poor , as for the pric3 of the hotel I think a basic cooked breakfast should be provided and a glass of franciacorta to start the day would be a nice touch .

We already gave an excellent review of this hotel on our 4 night visit in 2023. We returned this year for 5 nights, but had the opportunity to check out the various available suites in 2023, so chose a different one for a delightful change. Love this hotel with choice of three restaurants, beautiful grounds and pathways to explore outstanding sculptures from around the world and a fantastic spa. My wife and I both had the best massage we have ever experienced. This visit, we happen to be there on the weekend when the Hotel sponsors a very popular annual event with a couple dozen local craftsman, jewelry makers and vendors selling purses, clothes, scarves and other lovely items. There is music, food and the lower level bar is open making for a very festive afternoon. Check with hotel on dates for 2025 as it is a pretty special event and was very enjoyable. My wife found several high-end items to purchase at very fair prices. We also found the main Leon Felice restaurant a touch better in the food department this year and of course, while there one must enjoy a delicious pizza at La Filiale at least once. All the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. We are returning in 2025 for a Third visit!

Not a good experience. Managers were rude, basic services over priced, and far below the standard of other R&C hotels we have stayed in.

L'Albereta, in a free association is - exquisite, serene, swell, oil painting, velvet, organza, taffeta, silk, fastidiously rustic, neat, elegant, civilized, subtley operatic, celestial, airy, picturesque. And thank you to all the simply wonderful staff and their inimitable hospitality.

We discovered heaven upon a hilltop in Franciacorta, and they call it L'Albereta. Our thanks for a memorable visit – and special thank you for the 5-star service from the staff. We look forward to our next visit.
