My stay at the Elba Estepona Resort was truly exceptional, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team who went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Noelia and Gloria provided outstanding service from start to finish. Noelia’s attention to detail and warm demeanour ensured we felt welcome and valued, while Gloria’s friendly and approachable attitude made every interaction delightful. Their combined efforts created a wonderful atmosphere that enhanced our stay. Special thanks to Claire, the acting manager, for her excellent follow-up service. She demonstrated genuine care and professionalism, addressing any queries promptly and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her leadership was evident in the high standards maintained throughout the resort. Alvaro and the maintenance team were also fantastic, always willing to help and resolve any issues efficiently. Their dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more comfortable. This team truly embodies the spirit of exceptional hospitality. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. Elba Estepona is fortunate to have such a dedicated group of individuals. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning.

After reading all the reviews i was a bit worried. But we absolutely enjoyed - location i admit is a bit further from Estepona and Marbella travel as well. However, a walk to Estepona old town is enjoyable ( a beautiful costal path and one can enjoy sea view), or hire a bike from the hotel it is 18 euros for 24 hours - we did that and biked for hours. It is a beautiful hotel, big rooms, nice bathrooms and cleaned to the perfection. I read the negative reviews about the breakfast but it is good - they do eggs/ choices of breads, nice fruits , honeycomb and pastries! Almond cake was delicious. Coffee with milk is better than the cappuccino ( i suggest to try). Lobby bar is fun - food is good basic salads and sandwiches, which i don’t mind when you don’t want to leave the hotel. Staff is brilliant - Toni from reception helped us on all our questions! Swimming pool was busy with kids but its holiday time so expected. I used the spa for sand peel and was nice! Spa facilities are chargeable 20 Euros i think for 2 hours however i spotted kids around.So worth checking if there is specific adult only time. Its a beautiful property right on the beach and we loved it!

The hotel is beautiful, with comfortable rooms looking out over the Mediterranean. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas when I was there. Staff was lovely, from front desk personnel who helped one of my fellow travelers try to retrieve lost luggage, to the lovely ladies who made up our rooms. Sit by the outdoor pool in the sun, or slip out the back gate and you can walk a path along the Mediterranean all the way into town.

Great location, atmosphere and food. Quite large but nice hotel with easygoing staff very helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all hotel offers but definitely worth to come back. Even families with kids. Live music at lobby bar. Piano bar, etc. only 50 min walk from city center
