NH Firenze

we had a great stay in florence at this hotel. the room was large enough (although small by us standards). bed was comfortable. the showerhead was fantastic - a really great rain shower shower. this hotel is also located near a train station and bus station/stop so getting around was easy. the ferris wheel was a nice view at night. the breakfast buffet was a wide variety of choices. some items (eggs, "bacon") weren't fully cooked, which i found to be the case across all the hotels we stayed at. staff at the reception desk were also very helpful with directions. by far the best hotel we stayed at between rome, florence and venice.

The hotel was clean! My room OMG! It’s for the moment, the best hotel I did in Italy! As I did 4 hotels but this one has something particular! It was not the cheapest but I paid more in another hotel Italy and I didn’t had this kind of service!! My room was so big! I have all I need in the room!! Nothing missing

This was our first time at an NH hotel and it did not disappoint. The hotel was nice. The restaurant food was good. Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue I had is the room doesn’t have enough lighting to put on makeup. We liked the location and still easy to walk everywhere. The pina coladas by Alice were amazing. Overall we had a great experience.

Great place to spend NYE 2023! Walking distance to all the main attractions about Florence. There is a main road out front of the hotel that can get noisy at times, but the hospitality of the staff made up for any small quirks. We would go back next time we’re in Florence!

EXCELLENT hotel. Convenient location - just off the river. An easy walk to all the major attractions. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was fabulous.
