Fabulous service and superb location
We stayed for 5 nights at the Bernini recently. Cannot fault it and the service was amazing. Every single staff member, regardless of their role, were efficient, professional and very happy to help. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the heart of Florence city and I loved walking around the corner each night to the Piazza della Signoria. I loved the way all the tourists were taking photos of the entrance to this hotel! The decor on the inside doesn’t disappoint. I cannot fault this hotel and definitely would stay here again next time I visit Florence.

A memorable 4-night stay
A great 4-night stay at the Bernini Palace Hotel. The Hotel Team was very polite, helpful and professional. The location was unbeatable, in the center of where the main attractions are in this beautiful city, rich in history. Breakfast was great as well as the overall service. Many thanks for making my trip a memorable one!

Little Gem in the heart of Florence
Everything you can think of is or was great. From, courtesy, willingness to help, service, rooms, cleanliness, bedding comfort and Breakfast, ALL AS PROMISSED AND AS EXPECTED. The hotel, is very central and minutes walk to everything you wish to do from Duomo to David to Fine shopping you name it. Just book it and tell them I sent you LOL.

Excellent location, excellent staff and nice breakfast. Traveled as a family and really wanted to do a personal perfume experience….Lorenzo was able to arrange everything and it was amazing. Breakfast is easy and appeals to most. Location def can’t be beat.

Highly recommend
We had the most wonderful weekend thanks to the beauty , location and excellent staff . The breakfast room has to be seen to be believed . The welcome chocolates and water cleanliness and beauty . This Hotel truly lives up to expectations . I highly recommend .
