A wonderful hotel in every respect and surely the best hotel in Florence. Every member of the staff is dedicated to providing exemplary service. Wonderful front of house personnel, Giuliana gave us a warm welcome at check-in and personally took us to our beautiful room. Umberto greeted us at the door and was extremely helpful in making our stay the best it could be. Breakfast is superb, impeccable service, housekeeping of the highest standard. It was a thrill staying here in every way. A great hotel and a credit to the professionalism of the owners and the staff. We surely intend to return. Thankyou

I had a great stay at the Brunelleschi. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Florence. Everyone at the hotel was extremely customer focused and extremely helpful with tourist information, tickets, etc. I had contacted the concierge (Raffaele) before arrival and he arranged both a private tour guide as well as getting tickets to the Academy and the Uffizi for me. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room was a little smaller than I had anticipated, but it worked fine. Housekeeping (2 x a day) was excellent. I had breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. A good selection and very friendly service. The team working at the hotel distinguishes itself with its great attitude and focus on the guests. Everytine I entered the lobby they greeted me with a smile and were very helpful in providing tourist information such as directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. It was like I was coming home each time I returned to the hotel. On the day of my departure the hotel arranged for a taxi to pick me up at 6:30am and to have a porter at the room at 6:20am to help with luggage, and gave me a breakfast box as I was leaving since the restaurant wasn't yet open for breakfast. I wish I could remember the names of everyone at the hotel--both Paulus and Raffaele were extremely helpful, but so were many others whose names I can't recall. Literally everyone was helpful--this is a well managed hotel as the entire team is focused on the guests. Definitely would recommend the hotel and hope to stay again on a future trip to Florence. (BTW, there is a LOT to see in Florence--some say it's small and you can see it in a couple days, no way. I guess if you only have 2 days you can see a few of the top sites, but I was there for 4 days and wish I had many more to see more of the sites and explore).

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and it never disappoints. Finely decorated hotel, kind and efficient staff, perfect cleanliness, location couldn't be better, wonderful breakfast and the special welcome drink. Honorable mention to Paulus who from the first hosting received us with such kindness and sympathy that he became a friend. There is no way to go to Florence and stay in another hotel, I love it.

The Brunelleschi hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at. We stayed for my mum’s birthday and the hotel really made our entire stay memorable. The whole experience they offer is fantastic. This would have been my 3rd stay and they are still offering the same fantastic service each time. When we arrived the car that picked us up from the airport couldn’t make it down the small street and due to it raining the hotel staff met us with umbrellas and escorted us to the hotel itself. The check in process was quick and as stress free as you could ask for. The rooms we had were right on the street and a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the room was a lovely touch and the best start to my mum’s birthday. Being on the street side we heard absolute no noise, which was great. The beds and pillows are just best. After walking around the incredible city of Florence all day and then coming back to this hotel was a treat. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed and the coffee was great. The bar in the hotel is fantastic and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve had. They had an amazing fragrance throughout the hotel. We liked it so much we purchased a bottle to take home with us. Finally the staff are really the highlight of the hotel. They offer a 5 star service, nothing was too much trouble and they were always friendly and helpful for anything we needed. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough. Hopefully I’ll be back again in the future.

Amazing stay at this fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Two excellent on-site restaurants, including a Michelin-rated gem, and lovely, spacious rooms. Can’t wait to return!
