Wonderful hotel in great location
Wonderful hotel and great stay. Room was big and bed was huge. Very large room for US let alone Florence. Best location steps from the famous bridge. The staff was great and very nice. The service was great. Really not a bad thing to say and I would highly recommend. They also have sister properties next door and close that looked great as well. Highly recommmend.

Great hotel and wonderful time in Florence
Highly recommended to stay at the Continentale - fantastic location, our room had a fabulous view and was immaculate. The staff were all friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was also very good. We would return again and thanks for your service.

Wonderful, wonderful hotel
We had the most wonderful stay at the Hotel Continentale. The location was absolutely perfect - very central, great for exploring, but also feels very calm and relaxing. Our room was gorgeous. The staff without exception were lovely - everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. We will definitely return!

Superb central location.
Everything about this gem of a hotel was exceptional. Location, rooms, staff, breakfast and roof terrace bar - we couldn't find a better place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were happy to help at all times. Would certainly make a return visit.

The Best - staff, location, and accommodations.
This has been one of our more remarkable stays in a while. We travel at least once monthly, all over Europe and this hotel ticked every box for us. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable...we were right across from the Ponte Vecchio with a view of the river ...the location allowed us to walk to every destination. But above all was the excellent service and attention of the staff. We arrived quite late and appreciated the warm welcome upon checking in with Stefano. The staff took every opportunity to make us feel we were valued guests and had everything we needed. Special thanks to Aschraf for his above and beyond consideration and attention. He made sure we were hydrated and pointed in the right direction every day! When we ventured to the rooftop to catch the view even though the bar area was closed for the season, he showed up to take pictures of us. Our thanks to the rest of the staff as well - Alison, Christina, Leonardo, Luca, Luka, Madalena, Mina and Roberto Well done.
