Hotel De La Ville

This hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the main attractions. The central location allowed us to easily walk to everything we wanted to see. Our room was spacious and perfectly suited for our family of three. The only minor issue we encountered was that the hot water wasn’t very hot in the mornings when many guests were showering. However, everything else about our stay was fantastic. The staff at reception, the bar, and during breakfast were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Based on its prime location, great service, and comfortable rooms, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Despite some minor issues with the internet, (which was beyond anyone's control. The staff at this hotel will make every effort to ensure the comfort and well-being of the customers. This includes the restaurant staff, the cleaning ladies and the front desk. We will definitely be back. Thank you

It located next to Hermas and is walking distance to go Cattedral di Santa Maria del Fiore. Overall the hotel feel a bit out-dated, reception person feel like not happy with their job😅 but they are good actually… room provide everything’s we need 👌 the breakfasts was nice!

This hotel is charming, clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious. The happy hour was great as well and a perfect way to end the day. The location was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!

We got a junior suite. It did not look like as nice as the room on the website, but was adequate. Everything was a little worn. In the morning, the hotel lost hot water, so no hot shower, but this I'm sure is rare. Luckily I had showered before they lost it. They need better hairdryers. The staff was trying their best. They held our luggage before and after checkout, which was nice. The bar area is very nice and was good to meet with our fellow travelers. The breakfast was really nice. The location perfect. Very easy walk to all sites. Overall a good price for the location so it's worth it.
