Beautiful location! Impeccable service! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Rooms were really clean and beautiful! Everything you need when traveling is in your rooms at the hotel. Attention to details is definitely a priority to this hotel! Location is amazing! A must stay when in Florence!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were upgraded to a room with no stairs for personal safety reasons and all the staff made our dog feel like a member of the family. We were allowed to bring her everywhere in the hotel. We will always stay there when we visit again

This is a superb hotel staffed by an outstanding crew of dedicated professionals who make everyone feel special. There is a warmth and friendliness throughout this very well run hotel and it extends to every aspect of its service. Every staff member is a joy to deal with. They are more like family than hotel staff. The location of this hotel is superb with killer views of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River. This has been our second long stay at the Lungarno and many more will hopefully follow.

Wonderful hotel! We had an aggressive travel schedule and could only stay a single night, but if I have the chance to visit Florence again, this is where I would choose to stay. The location can't be beat... just a few minutes walk from the Uffizi Gallery and that whole scenic neighborhood, right across the bridge. Our room was pleasant and comfortable, with great amenities. We were on the side facing the river, and had amazing views. I really enjoyed the lunch at the hotel's little riverside café, which had some open-air seating with the same magnificent views of the river and bridges. The food was also spectacular, including the best beef carpaccio I've had to date. We had to leave ridiculously early in the morning, so I can't comment on the standard breakfast service, but they were kind enough pack us little to-go bags with some breakfast foods that we could take on the road.

Such a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect - right on the river, steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and on the quieter side of the river. The whole city is walkable from the hotel. The breakfast had everything we wanted, scrambled eggs, yogurt with many choices of seeds, nuts and granola as well as all sorts of cheese, meat and pastries. The room was light and airy and kept very well serviced. The customer service was top notch yet unintrusive. Two employees in particular stood out for us as amazing, Sara and Lorenzo, so helpful, professional and kind. If we ever go back to Florence I don't have any further research to do, this is the hotel for us!
