Our entire experience was outstanding. The hotel was intimate but modern, and our room was on the top floor with a balcony. Location could not have been better. We dined at the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel which was fabulous. Service was excellent throughout, with Bilal greeting us on arrival and helping us depart. Definitely want to return.

The hotel was lovely, well presented and clean. the view from the balcony was wonderful. its such a romantic city. this hotel is one of the best in Florence, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk into the centre and shops. perfect

The Service is outstanding and it’s one of the most beautiful Hotel I know in Florence. Bilal was exceptionally kind and helpful. The whole family was having a great experience. Lungarno never disappoints and I can highly recommend to stay there.

I spent one night in Hotel Lungarno. the room was simply splendid and the view on the Ponte Vecchio, amazing! Great Breakfast, staff always ready to help and stylish rooms. The breakfast area which is Hotels’ Bar / restaurant serves great dishes too. Hotel to be recommended!

Hotel was great. We would absolutely stay here again. Lovely welcome at reception with an unsolicited room upgrade. Room was tastefully decorated and well equipped. Exceptional turn down service. Great breakfast with both buffet and menu choices. Gluten free options for the celiac in our group. Location perfect. Close to Ponte Vecchio bridge and other sights.
