Hotel Lungarno

We had a wonderful time! The staff was superb - from check in to checkout -especially Belal! The breakfast was delicious and cocktails overlooking the Arno River was a perfect way to relax at the end of busy day. I highly recommend The Lungarno for both the amazing service, beautiful rooms and central location.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The bell boy Bilal was just amazing. He was very helpful. And the photo attached is by him. He is a very kind and friendly person and I would highly suggest to take him on board for all your photography needs. I would say it was all in all perfect.

Thanks for the gracious hospitality and assistance from Sabrina Ferrari in reservations, managers Felipo and Iliana, concierges Simone and Zachariah and the entire serving staff, our stay at Hotel Lungarno was enchanted, magical and memorable. Every aspect of the experience was done at a high level of care nd consideration - a balcony with spectacular view of the Arno, a comfortable room with fine bedding and thoughtful amenities (such as the Bose speaker so one could enjoy one's own music while changing or having a glass of wine before dinner on the balcony). The breakfast buffet is generous and sumptuous and the servers are attentive, friendly and helpful. Amidst the crowds of Florence, Hotel Lungarno is an oasis of calm, care and comfort.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff’s exceptional hospitality and genuine care for their guests made us feel at home. The rooms were meticulously clean and devoid of any noise, creating an idyllic ambiance. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable vacation. I cannot fault Hotel Lungarno, it's outstanding. This was my fourth visit and it has been consistently excellent over twenty years. The staff are so professional, courteous and endlessly helpful. The decor throughout is tasteful and very restful - I'd like to have had time to simply spend a day in the bar overlooking the Arno browsing the wonderful selection of books and taking in the artworks throughout the building. Our room was very well equipped and comfortable - spotlessly clean. Breakfast is an excellent spread with cooked options available to order and quietly efficient & attentive staff. The hotel is very well positioned on the south side of the river and it's easy to return during the day to drop off the shopping and have a rest. I can't wait to book another stay
