Hotel Lungarno

The best hotel in Florence ever very luxurious. I like the hotel that takes care of the smallest details that make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is fantastic a few steps by the bridge and you find yourself on the city centre where everything you need shopping, food and pharmacy and hotel view is perfect on the beautiful river you can relax have all your meals on that beautiful view. The staff are very professional, nice and super helpful whenever you need anything. Especially, Mr. Andrea Spagnuolo Guest Relation Manager and Bilal on the door and Leena from the breakfast area. Unfortunately, I don’t recall everyone names but all the staff are wonderful also housekeeping. The room always well prepared and clean. If you stay there you should try their products on the bathroom very good. At the end thank you so much for giving me the best stay in Florence, wish you all the best and I hope to see you again. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything about the experience was fantastic, from the comfortable accommodations to the outstanding service. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A big thanks to Belal at reception he was incredibly helpful, always available and truly made our experience even better!

Excellent experience with Lungarno in Florence. The location, the view, the room, the service and the food, everything is so perfect. My family and I enjoyed the stay in Lungarno. Lastly, appreciated the compliments for Chinese new year.

Hotel Lungarno is absolutely spectacular! The location can't be beat as it's right on the Arno river one street off of the Ponte Vecchio and it's close to the best neighborhoods, restaurants and shops. The hotel and the entire staff could not be more welcoming, kind and helpful - everyone is genuinely interested in making sure you have the best and most comfortable stay. The rooms are meticulously and beautifully designed and there is stunning artwork throughout the property and Ferragamo toiletries supplied in the bathrooms. The Picteau bar is chic and comfortable with gorgeous windows overlooking the river where you can have aperitivo while viewing an original Picasso! This is one of many properties the hotel group owns and each one is more beautiful than the next. This is truly a 5 star experience and I would stay here over and over again!

The hotel has a great location, 5 minute walking distance from the center but in a more quiet are. From some of the Roma there is wonderful view of the Arno (which you have also getting a drink in the lobby). Room was very nice with all the needed amenities, great breakfast, very nice staff!
