Hotel Milu

Smallish room, but very functional and well appointed. We had one maintenance issue, which the staff happily took care of. Perfect location, outstanding staff (every single one of them that we interacted with), good breakfast, lots of nice art in the common areas

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful — they made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of options to suit every taste. The location is another big plus: it’s within walking distance of all the main sights, shops, and restaurants.

This was our favorite hotel on our trip! The location was perfect for us. It was close to the things we wanted to see but it was quiet at night so we could sleep. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome! They were so friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. We were there during the flooding in March. The desk staff let us know about museum closings. They called to check for us without us having to ask. They quickly got us a taxi when we needed it. They were always available to help and anticipated our needs. Everything was excellent! We will definitely return.

There are many elements of sophistication, happiness, and comfort that make this hotel a favorite among the many hotels in the area. First and foremost, the reception staff are cheerful, energetic, always smiling, and always ready to serve you, especially Claudia, Alessia, and the others. Second, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the prompt room service. Third, the elegant complimentary coffee and tea service on the fifth floor. Fourth, the hotel's location in the heart of Florence, where international brands surround you from the first step outside the hotel.

What a lovely experience at the Hotel Milu. The entire staff was amazing starting with Alessandro’s help locating my lost luggage to the many recommendations made for enjoying the best of Florence. I have traveled many places throughout my years, and must say that Hotel Milu excels. First and foremost, the staff. Each member surpassed my expectations, and they should be very proud of the excellent service they provided during our stay. A special thanks to Claudia, Jenny, Leslie, Alessandro, and Alessia for everything. They are all superstars! In addition, the breakfast staff was wonderful too. The breakfast choices were great, and the food was delicious. I will always remember this most memorable trip and great hotel.
