This hotel was fantastic! The location is great and is within walking distance to many sights and restaurants in the downtown Florence area, including the train station, the Duomo, and the Uffizi Gallery. The rooms were bigger than expected in the middle of the city, and kept very clean. The reception was very friendly and were happy to store our luggage after we checked out, until our train was leaving later in the evening. The minibar was restocked each night with waters and light snacks. The one negative is that our room was scheduled to be ready on our date of arrival, but it was delayed for about an hour. After a long day of travel and walking this was slightly disappointing, but this was not enough to dissuade me from giving this hotel 5 stars. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Milu in Florence. The hotel is very well located in the city center on a quiet street. I found the location to be great for accessing the touristy stuff and getting to the other side of the Arno River. As most of the businesses on this street are luxury brands, the street is tranquil at night, so there are no worries about street noises keeping you up at night. I stayed in a Superior Single room and found it well-sized and laid out for a solo traveler. There was plenty of lovely natural light and various in-room lighting options. There was plenty of space for my carry-on suitcase and for me to live without constantly tripping over it. There was a nook at the front of my room where I could keep my suitcase and store my clothing. If you have a lot of luggage, you might need to unpack it to make getting around easier. The bathroom is small, but there is ample space to do my makeup and hair every day comfortably. There was a hair dryer, slippers, and bathroom amenities available. Also, the mini fridge had an assortment of drinks and snacks for free, should you need a midnight snack. I did not have breakfast here, but I popped up to the rooftop lounge area to grab tea from the free machine. The staff at this hotel is fantastic. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and were there to greet you every time you left or returned to the hotel. They were available for recommendations around the city and organized transport to the airport. They even left a handwritten note and a bottle of wine in my room for my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here the next time I return to Florence.

My stay at Mili was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of Florence, this boutique gem is full of art!!!!! and thoughtfully designed spaces, making every corner feel unique. It’s peaceful, not crowded, and the breakfast was amazing! The room is little bit small but understandable since the location is premium! The super friendly and helpful receptionist made my experience even better. Huge shoutout to Milu—can’t wait to come back next time! 🌟

I think this was the best location among all the other hotels we have stayed in Florence so far. So central and easily walkable to attractions and restaurants the city has to offer, including the train station. We enjoyed our stay so much that I am recommending Hotel Milu to all my friends and family. We will stay there again…soon.

I liked everything about my stay here. The location is excellent, on the most prestigious shopping street in Florence. The hotel is inside a beautiful classical building, but the interior is very modern. The hotel was very clean. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful.
