My stay at hotel Milu
recently stayed at hotel Milu, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The warm and welcoming staff set the tone the moment I arrived, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering assistance with my luggage. My room was immaculate, with modern furnishings, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities I could need, including fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and complimentary toiletries.

A great hotel as base to explore Florence’s historic centre
The hotel is in a good location to explore the historic centre (just beside Stozzi Palace). It is surrounded by shopping areas and restaurants (including Mecarto Centrale about 10 mins walk) in Florence. In addition, the hotel is clean and modern (with art pieces placed along walls of the stairwell). Overall, a pleasant 2-night stay in Florence at the hotel.

awesome wonderful experience.
very good staff specially front office staff. Phillipo was really nice. He did help us a lot. Centrally located perfect location for shopping and restaurants. very neat and clean rooms. cleaning and bedding was done everyday. Room has everything refrigerator extra pillows chair and table.

Fantastic hotel - location service rooms breakfast. A great place to stay while visiting this wonderful city. All attractions nearby great restaurants. A few meters for a bridge over the Arno river with the best view on Ponte Vecchio. thank you!

Hôtel Milu stay
We had an amazing time in Florence and our stay at Milu Hotel was fantastic. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and could not have helped us more with places to visit, places to eat and tickets. They even left a birthday card in our room when they realised it was my husband’s birthday. It is centrally located in the town and easy to get to everything. The art work in the build by is great to look at too. Would definitely recommend!
