Hotel Milu

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. They couldn't do enough to help! The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, WiFi was great and allowed me to stream films, bed was comfortable, room was well laid out and had everything that I needed.

We loved our stay at Hotel Milu. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival by Claudia and all the Reception staff were absolutely charming (heads up to Guido too). As we arrived early the room wasn't quite ready Claudia invited us to have complementary hot drinks on the 5th floor where there is a lovely bright seating area (and where the breakfast room is located). The hotel is very centrally located where all the luxury brand boutiques are, and within walking distance of the major sights such as the river, Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo etc. We stayed in a Superior Room which was ideal with a large, firm bed and very comfortable pillows, a great shower, mini bar with free snacks and non alcoholic drinks and Nespresso machine. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. We were also invited to have a free glass of Prosecco and were sorry that we missed out on that as we arrived back late. As the hotel is right in the centre there was a little street noise which is to be expected. If you like personal service, stylish and slightly quirky decor, Hotel Milu is for you! Mr & Mrs Ward

Hotel Milu far exceeded my expectations!!!! More than 5 star !!!! Not only is it located in an amazing central position to explore Florence, it’s also beautiful inside. The highlight of my trip has to be the staff at hotel They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay I travelled from the UK for a business conference and my suitcase was lost for 48 hours so you can imagine my stress Guido at reception did everything to make sure I was comfortable despite the loss of my case I was recommended amazing restaurants, and none of them failed to impress and was exactly what I was looking for whether it be best pizza or somewhere more formal I enjoyed drinks on the rooftop bar and also the hotels sister hotel , the angel rooftop I have to give a special mention to Guido , Leslie , Filippo and Alessandro You were all amazing ! Do not hesitate to book this hotel , I will definitely be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else now I’ve discover this absolute gem 👏👏👏👏👏

The room was very clean, modern. The complimentary water etc. in the small fridge was appreciated. The location was excellent to the city center. What really distinguished this hotel was the front door staff. Everyone was friendly and sincerely interested in making your stay excellent. However there was one front desk employee, Guido that went beyond the normal kind attention. Guido give us recommendations for restaurants, booked reservations, and even helped us when not on duty at the front desk. He made our stay in Firenze very memorable.

Wonderful hotel at the hart of Florence. The hotel is very modern and very well maintained, clean and tidy. the bathroom and shower also lovely. And of-course the staff is polite and very friendly and helpfull. I think that the pictures of the hotel don't capture it well, and that it is much more pretty in reality, also situated among the topest brand stores so feels very luxurious. As for the breakfast - I didn't like it and the girl working there was not very welcoming. I think that it does not mach up to the level of the hotel. Altogether a great hotel in a wonderful city and I would highly recommend it
