We had an amazing experience at Hotel Milu! Our room was great and spacious. We were traveling with large bags and the room accommodated those well. The staff was fantastic and Claudia in particular was very helpful with numerous things. Breakfast was great also. Location also great!

Excellent location, unique property, very safe area, surrounded by all premium brand shops, great breakfast, and most importantly very attentive, caring and professional staff. Kudos to Leslie, Alessandro, Adler, and the other two young ladies that were at the front desk during my stay. Thank you for making my stay so pleasurable. I’ll be back.

Really nice room with larger shower and bathroom to get ready for tours. The two young ladies at front desk were amazing and very helpful. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to a lot of attractions as well. Highly recommended!!

The location was perfect and the staff very lovely and helpful, the single bedroom was nice, perfect for one or two people, clean and very convenient, the bathroom too. Everything was perfect. I’d come back with pleasure at the Milu Hotel !!

I chose Hotel Milu based upon the numerous good reviews I read on here and I can now understand why. The staff there are so warm and friendly. Everybody I met there were great! I had most interaction with Guido though, who was a joy to talk to! He was the one who checked me in and showed me to my room, explaining everything I needed to know and was the one who checked me out. Thank you again Guido. Also, thank you to Alessandro, who brought a kettle and a pair of scissors to my room (upon request). The hotel is in a central location, 10 minutes walk from the main train station and about the same to Piazza del Duomo. The room was spacious, modern and included a free minibar (replenished daily).
