nice hotel in the center, the location is fantastic, it allows you to visit the city easily, the services are top of the category, we used the room service and Gaspare the waiter was very professional and accurate, the hotel was very clean and in excellent condition

Best Hotel in Florence, Italy!
The very best hotel in Florence! Staff is exceptional. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. I have stayed at the Savoy 3 times and will stay there again next time I visit. STRONGLY suggest booking your stay here when visiting Florence.

I keep returning to Florence - one of my favorite cities in the world -but the stay at Savoy is worth the journey on its own. You are literally 5 minutes from all major attractions. Service is outstanding and the staff makes the entire difference. Don’t look any further this is the place to be when in Florence!

“We spent a wonderful stay in Florence at hotel Savoy. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was also wonderful having a balcony overlooking piazza della repubblica. The staff was extremely helpful with activity recommendations and securing reservations for us. It is definitely one of the best hotels in Europe.”
