Extraordinary place with super service
We stayed here with our two children last month. Upon arrival, the check in is different from the usual and helps a lot to relax after the flight. You sit in the lobby and go through all the information about your stay with a glass of prosecco in hand. From there on, it's a succession of little attentions that make the days more pleasant and comfortable. Whatever we wanted to organize, from the restaurant to the child-friendly museum, we just had to tell the reception team. You may or may not like WhatsApp but we found the service confirmations very convenient! We especially wanted to thank Dario, who speaks a little Greek and always made sure everything was fine. If we could, we would thank each and every one of the staff from the housekeeping to the guys in the restaurant! We will remember this trip to Florence with our children for a long time! If We Could Only Give 10 Stars...
I will keep this review short, as I know I will have lost most readers after sentence 3. Out of the 13 countries and around 30 5-star hotels, the Portrait Firenze stands out as our most delightful experience of all. The management and staff stopped at absolutely nothing to 'wow' us at every turn. Even if we didn't enjoy our trip to Italy (which we did very much) we may have come back anyway, simply to enjoy the warm, friendly team who made our stay truly unforgettable.

Hotel was AMAZING! Staff is the best one we’ve had in a 5 star hotel. Always polite, willing to help, and going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Concierge was the best one we’ve ever had - 5 stars for sure! We will definitely go back!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everybody made me feel at home and part of the family, the concierge team is the most professional I have met during my trips. Plus, I couldn’t stop looking outside my window: waking up in front of the majestic Ponte Vecchio is a once in a lifetime experience! I will be back

Special stay
I had a wonderful stay at Portrait Firenze! The location is perfect, with an incredible view of the Ponte Vecchio. The service was exceptional, and I’d like to extend a special thank you to Mohamed, the guest assistant. He made our entire stay seamless and gave us the opportunity to experience the true charm of Florence. Highly recommended!
