Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

Customer service is impeccable. I have been a Marriott Customer for years but never had the customer service like I have had at this property My experience at the Hilton fort Lauderdale is a 10 out of 10. This property has contacted me several times times today while I was out and has provided me with everything I have needed on several occasions. Very impressed and I highly recommend this property.

This resort is one of my favorites in the Hilton family. I always get treated amazingly well and most of the time I get some sort of upgrade. We take full advantage of that resort hanging at the weekend pool parties and enjoying a cabana as well. Petrone at Illios is amazing. Always ready to assist with any and all requests. Corey helped us get all our family. Rooms booked for this trip as well. It’s just super awesome to stay somewhere that people know you and remember you. We will be back… this was actually my 7 th stay this year ❤️❤️

My husband and I spent a wonderful long weekend at the Hilton, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Kenya greeted us upon checking in and was awesome! We arrived very early, but she somehow worked her magic and found us an available room! She also gave us many helpful hints and suggestions to help us make our stay even better. Kenya was friendly, polite, and professional...a rock star in customer service! Nixon always greeted us when passing through the lobby with such a friendly, positive energy. We truly appreciated his hospitality! Overall experience was phenomenal! We will be back!

This 4 -star hotel is a great value. We stayed for four days & had a wonderful experience. Our room was the least expensive king room with a city view & no balcony. This was the cleanest, quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I don’t know how they do it, but there’s not a bug or grain of sand anywhere in the hotel! It’s also very secure, since the elevator will only allow guests to visit their own floor or commons areas. We used the free bicycles to go to a nearby park. We loved the beach access (right across the street). There are also lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly, responsive & helpful. The only downside I can think of was valet ONLY parking (in addition to a daily parking fee). Tough to pay a tip every time you need your car. Thanks Trip Advisor! Deboarded our cruise through the Panama Canel and wanted to stay a few nights in Miami/ Fort Lauderdale. I got a great deal on this Hilton through my Amex card so I booked it! I was a very beautiful hotel great views on the beach. Customer service was very respectful and amazing.
