Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

Me and my wife desided to get away from cold, icy days at home and pick for our anniversary Hilton FL beach resort. Stayed only two nights but it was enough to see hard work, smiles and great servuce from many hosts in this hotel that make our stay perfect and I want to recognise them. In advance we were contacted with greetings by Jasmine who we saw latelly at the hotel front desk. She remember that I mention anniversary and when we got to our room there wss pleasant surprise. We arrived on early flight and did not expect to get room right away but Sean not only recognise my Hilton honors status but also upgraded us to better room and we were able to chevk in right away, very positive attitude from the beginning set up great stay. We tired and decided to order Room service. It was delivered promptly faster than expected by Angela, order was correct, food hot and tasty, again great service. Evening time we had small meal with cup of tea downstairs in Hilton cafe and again young lady who took order and prepare deserts for us were all smile and attentive, not sure if I remember her name correct Milena. First morning we have btrakfadt on Ilios and Guiliana assisted us. Food was well presented and taste great, I would try to post pictures. Next morning again grrat meal, great service from Petrone. We visited new restaurant NuBe on top floor, I would not lie it was interesting but fall short of my expectation, I wish Hilton run it( be aware you cant charge to room) After this restsurant we still felt hungry and went downstairs to new Hilton bar nesr front desk to get few drinks and get snack and were surprised great service from Byron, qualitu drinks and ptesentation of our appetisers, really nice. When on pool deck on Sunrise terrace got a drink from Ozzy, and of course great servicevwith smile. This is just several individuals who assisted us but we pass many more and staff here well trained, facilities clean, food well presented and taste great. Back to cold weather remember you with appreciation for your hospitality.

Have been coming here for almost 15 years. Sad to say this may have been our last stay. Birthday Party in Pool area closed down the pool to paying guests early. Noise from party construction first day, party itself and party deconstruction second day was intolerable. Music so loud until 11pm we could not hear the TV in our room. Then from 11pm-3am all we hear are very loud metal hitting metal and talking back and forth as they took down the party structures. Some guests were pleading for them to come back in the morning and the workers responded by laughing and clanking louder. Beyond that room service was missed one day, my wife bought an expensive sandwich from the Hotel and when she got it back to the room found out the bottom was completely burnt black, elevators extremely slow, front desk/check-in not the welcoming experience it use to be.

Shout out to Merria at the pool who was so accommodating of our big group. I so appreciated that she steered me into a lovely large bed by the pool. She also pointed out the perfect place for our family photo when the photographer comes tomorrow.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Nixon from Guest Services was friendly and extremely helpful in making our stay an exceptional experience ! After bringing our luggage upstairs to our room, Nixon gave us useful information about the hotel restaurants as well as information regarding other nearby restaurants. My wife and I informed him that we had brought some wine and he offered to have housekeeping bring us wine glasses . When we informed him the next day that the glasses were never delivered, Nixon took it upon himself to personally deliver the wine glasses to us!

The room was spacious and great. The view was spectacular! The staff at this property is the best we've encountered. They're friendly and knowledgeable. The staff in Ilios, the breakfast restaurant were particularly fantastic, especially Arlene, who remembered our name day to day and went above and beyond. We'd highly recommend this hotel!!
