Poor experience. Made us change rooms after 1 day because the room we reserved months in advance was promised to the room owner. Next room was filthy. Hair in cups, dirty glasses, filthy bathtub, filth around toilet etc. Called to ask for room cleaning, promised next day by 11 never happened

Kevin from the beach crew at the Hilton provided exceptional service during our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed, from setting up beach chairs to recommending local activities. His positive attitude and helpfulness truly enhanced our experience. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, making our time at the beach even more enjoyable. We are grateful for his hard work and would highly recommend his service to others!

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years but now I think we may have outgrown it. The vibe has definitely changed and they are aiming for a young crowd. You are almost invisible if you are over 35 years old. We had a problem with our room and in fairness the manager Sean went out of his way to help us We are gold honours and as it was Presidents weekend and the hotel was full, we didn’t get the room upgrade we normally do. However Sean gave us the best room he could The prices of food in this hotel are ridiculous. My husband had a can of soft drink on the beach and was charged $15 for it!!!! Breakfast was so so expensive. You used to get a great continental breakfast but now it’s the packages they offer and don’t ask for white bread - they don’t have it!!! It’s amazing how so many young people can afford to stay there!! But that is the demographic they want as they seem to have no problem spending money. The hotel reception area has been refurbished and it is lovely and modern and there is a fantastic rooftop bar which is new. Some things don’t change for the better. The uniforms the female reception staff were wearing looked like nightdresses and when we mentioned it to one lady who had “glammed” hers up by adding trousers and jewellery, she agreed with us. The staff were helpful and we had the best pizza ever in Le Marche where the young guy remembered what coffee we liked and which bagels we wanted for breakfast. On the whole I think all the beach front hotels are grossly overpriced but while people will pay it - they will charge it

Chris B at the front desk took care of making sure I got a great room! Very attentive and solution oriented guy! Great location and amenities. Make sure the Hilton is on your list when coming to Fort Lauderdale and any special requests talk to Chris!
