Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The room was simple, but very clean and perfect for just my husband and me. We loved the multiple choices for restaurants on-site and the proximity to so many other great restaurants. I loved being able to connect with the staff through the app. I was able to request when we wanted the room to be cleaned, extra pillows, a new comforter (it was a little dirty when we arrived) and checking on a room upgrade. If you want to try the rooftop bar, make sure the men have closed toed shoes. Sneakers were fine. We will definitely be back and will bring the kids. I look forward to staying in a larger suite and utilizing some of the kids activities that they had going on.

This place misses on all the little things. Elevators are bad and get horrible when they close one for the roof top lounge. Everything is split between 6th and 1st floor. They wont let you order anything from the restaurant without getting a table but you don’t want to ride the elevator down because it’ll take 20 minutes. Towel service at pool and beach is a joke. Sometimes they set up sometimes they say first come first serve do you want a towel. Beach food and beverage service is also a joke. There is 200 chairs and 1 server on a Saturday so you have to walk to the market to get anything in a timely fashion but that is close and convenient. We’ll see how during the week goes but already today one elevator was off and the other was only being used for service staff until 20 people were standing in the lobby and a manager brought it down.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. There were no delays and every staff member was more than accommodating, especially Jada, our server at the cabana. She was extremely friendly and attentive. We’re definitely coming back.
