Pelican Grand Beach Resort

Amazing service at the restaurant! Food was delicious. The facilities are beautiful and so is the beach. Highly recommend for a family getaway. Very helpful and friendly staff. The beach is private which is super nice. They set up chairs for you.

Frank and Donte at the beach and pool were great. Robbie was a great help with welcoming us and helping with bags. Adam was also wonderful setting us up at the pool!!! I noticed all the guests were also respectful and relaxed. Families, retired couples, girls trips and work retreats all mixed well at the hotel. We would happily return!

The best hotel in Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The staff, especially Damien & Mark at the valet, Adrian & Jackie at the front desk, Brian the conceige, Johnny and Frank on the beach, Kyle the head engineer, Annalise & Hector in hospitality, Jasmine the waitress and Annette in reservations as well as Olivia. All the above staff are extremely professional and are representative of the hotel at the highest level.

During my recent trip to the beach, I had the pleasure of interacting with Donte, who made the entire experience unforgettable. Donte works as a beachside attendant and immediately made me feel welcome with his friendly and warm demeanor. As soon as I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and offered helpful tips about the best spots to visit on the beach, including where to find the clearest water and most peaceful areas for relaxation.

Aside from the limited dining options provided, everything else at this resort was worth the stay. The rooms were nice and cozy and the staff were very welcoming. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay comfortable. This includes Giovana, Adam, Donte, and Jammie.
