Pelican Grand Beach Resort

We just finished a Five day stay at the Pelican Grande and would like to commend Noble House on two of their employees. 1 - Positioning Robert at the Valet/Bell Captain desk is a stroke of genius. His warmth, kindness, work ethic, and professionalism bring a level of class to the Pelican Grande other Ft Lauderdale hotels can’t compete with. Thank you Robert. You set the bar for valets everywhere. 2 - It was a genuine pleasure meeting Lo at the front desk. Her common sense combined with her calm, level headed professionalism make her a huge asset to the Noble House family. Thank you Lo. Noble House and The Pelican Grande are lucky to have you in their employ.

Giovana was amazing! She made us feel like we were truly on vacation. It was our first trip without our baby boy. She was so sweet and always smiling. She made our vacation even better with her smiles and laughter everytime we were in contact with her.

Went for a couple’s vaca-first trip without our baby. Giovana was amazing! She was attentive while we sat at the pool and so sweet! Such a good worker. She truly made us feel like we were on vacation. We will definitely come back with our son someday.

The bed quality, pillows were perfect!!! I always get back aches, or stiff neck, when I stay in hotels. Not here! Love the design of bathroom, blow dryer, iron with ironing board. Was surprised no shampoo, conditioner, complimentary body wash for the amount paid. Or even white bath robes in bath closet. Loved the quality of towels :) Service beyond awesomeness with everyone so kind, professional, happy, smiling, accommodating. Will be back, and spread the word! 😃♥️

This is our third year at the resort, and every year has been comfortable, clean and hospitable. I especially appreciate the kindness and consideration of the beach staff. Frank was very attentive, quick to get our chairs set up and suggested the best place on the beach for our needs. We look forward to staying at this resort every year!
