Pelican Grand Beach Resort

Great experience! Excellent food and service! Matthew was the best…ask for him! Great starters and the tomahawk pork chop was fantastic. Calamari and octopus were r we lot good as was the seafood risotto. Tender filet, snapper was great, and don’t miss the truffle fries.

This review is for Stephanie and Carlos who were are host and server for our wedding . There service and hospitality were unmatched and look for to explicitly seeing them for service again. I can not express how much we appreciate them. Their service and ability to help on all circumstances go over and beyond traditional service and wanted to personally thank them and the team for all help for our wedding

We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, and it was fantastic. Worth the trip even if you are not staying at the Pelican Grand. Jorge was our waiter, and he made the experience very special. The recommended wine was a perfect pairing with my filet.

We celebrated our anniversary at Ocean 2000 (restaurant inside the hotel). A stunning view the beach from a gorgeous verandah! Highly recommended! Matthew was a very attentive, knowledgeable and kind waiter. We enjoyed fresh seafood and we wrapped up the meal with a special chef’s creation: chocolate bread pudding. Thanks to Matthew for making it such an enjoyable meal! We will back again!

The staff were the best we’ve ever experienced at a resort from start to finish. The service staff for our group dinners were so friendly and took care of our every need. The amenities were perfect and the room was fabulous!! Cleaning crew were wonderful each day. Overall, couldn’t ask for a better experience!
