We have a beautiful ocean front cabana beach day experience! The whole beach team especially Chris was extra awesome! The team was quick to help, set up all of our chairs and continue to check in on this on a regular basis to make sure we didn’t need a thing! Thanks for a great day! thank you so much

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, every detail was thoughtfully handled. The beach service was equally impressive. The attendants were friendly, always available, and quick to set up chairs and umbrellas, Special thanks to Juan and Max. Our one bedroom suite was immaculate, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the city. The hotel’s atmosphere was both elegant and inviting, with a perfect balance of relaxation and sophistication. We truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a place with top-tier service, a stunning beach, and an unforgettable experience, this hotel is the perfect choice!

Beach by the W Horel Fort Lauderdsle
Sergio took care of us on the beach. We met him the first day. Then we looked for him every day to help us. He has a great personality and it was a pleasure to meet him! He checked on us several times. We will definitely come back and look for him on our next vacation.
