I recently had an amazing experience with Ryan at Boucher Brothers during our bachelorette getaway! He went above and beyond to ensure our group had everything we needed, from comfortable chairs and sun beds to fresh towels and refreshing drinks. Ryan's kindness and eagerness to help made us feel like we were being pampered. We had such a wonderful time that we can’t wait to come back tomorrow to see him again! The beach staff were amazing, from Micheal and Rayen setting up our chairs and umbrellas. Cheers to Stephanie for the drinks 🙌🏻🙌🏻 great services at the hotel this is my third time here and we love it!! The weather was not the best but the staff made everything feel great 👍🏻

Exceptional customer service. Friendly with continuous follow ups to ensure have everything needed. Very personable and relatable as well. Michael checked in on us and provided us with fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water often. Highly recommend and suggest coming early to ensure a spot with beach chairs and umbrellas.

The manager of the w hotel in Ft. Lauderdale was amazing on November 09 we arrived at the W hotel in Ft. Michael provided exceptional service at Boucher Brothers on the beach! Not only was he attentive and friendly from the start, but he went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect beach day. He set up our chairs, umbrellas, and side tables quickly and with care, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Throughout the afternoon, he checked in on us and even helped adjust the chairs so we could follow the sun’s warmth.
