Stayed here a couple weeks ago and it was such an amazing experience. Loved the rooms and the vibes. Brianne at the front desk was the cherry on top of our stay. Her energy was top tier. So welcoming and informative. Will definitely be coming back our next trip to Ft Worth.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve visited in a while. Our room exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers lots of amenities. They also have the best staff. Brianne checked us in and was very accommodating and welcoming from the start of our trip to the end. She’s half the reason we’ll be back any time we’re in the area.

The front desk staff was so kind to us! We had mentioned in our booking that this was our first night out for my wife and I after having kids. We didn’t expect anything, but they went above and beyond to make it a special night for us! They had a great room location for us and provided rose petals in the room which was a wonderful surprise to us both. We will be back!

It was ok. Elevators were small, front desk team didn’t seem like they were happy to be there. Restaurant and bars were meh. Overpriced for the quality. The room was great. I was in a corner room and it offered a great view. Bed was very comfortable.

Stayed 3 nights, beautiful hotel, great location. Good-Modern, Wifi, free coffee and free wine. ok-elevators only hold 4, can get busy and long waits. Poor- Staff at the welcome desk could be friendlier on the 24th floor. For hotel feeback- I had an issue with hot water in room 613, I stayed 24th Sept to 27th Sept 2024. Water was really hot initially then went lukewarm for the next 2 days, probably something to do with the mixer. reported it and didn't hear back. followed this up with a message on the in-room tv and didn't hear back. Also, Tori at the bar was very rude to me and embarrassed me in front of the whole bar on Wednesday 25th Sept, late PM. I has ordered a wine to be charged to my room at 610pm, my uber arrived quicker and I had to rush off. I knew my drink was charged to my room. when I got back later she made a big thing of accusing me of not tipping her and told me about her bills etc and she doesn't work for free. I explained the misunderstanding (im from the Uk and tipping culture is different but im a seasoned US traveller) and I would Tip on the final bill...as is normal. Anyway, I was embarrassed and it was very awkward for the rest of the evening. so the hotel loses a star, if it wasn't for this and the inability of the Kimpton team to come back to me to resolve the issues, id have given 5 stars.
