Nonsuch Bay

This was our second stay at villa 1002 and it didn't disappoint! The 2 en-suite bedrooms are very spacious with tv's and the beds are luxurious. The views from the 2 bedrooms and living room were incredible especially with the island breeze. We enjoyed waking up in the mornings to watch the sunrise from the veranda with coffee from the Nespresso - the kitchen has more than we expected including a blender which came in handy for making Pina coladas! We also hiked around the area most mornings to get our steps in early. It's very quiet and peaceful and our kids couldn't get enough of the pools and beach - Annette also left us pool noodles and sand toys for the kids which was a nice surprise. We both had to work a bit while there and the wifi was top notch. The Breeze restaurant is very close to the house. I'd say it was 5 minutes to walk there. The staff is very friendly and they want you to have a great experience. We went 3 times and every time was superb. We also visited half moon bay beach again which is a must see. Note to call ahead to the restaurant there to avoid a wait. This is one of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed in and we can't wait to come back again soon! The host has really thought of everything and she always replied to any questions quickly and offered a lot of recommendations for things to do including a memorable boat ride to Green Island for snorkeling. We saw others do sailing lessons which we need to plan for next time!

We spent 10 lovely relaxing days in a 1 bedroom villa at nonsuch bay resort. Natasha was our host, she and her team were on it, she made sure that we felt welcomed and that we had everything we needed, from groceries to car arrangements and booking a message. The villa is just the right size, the kitchen has more than you need to make simple meals if you decide not to take advantage of many delicious island restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom ample and we loved the spacious balcony with seating, chaise and table. We spent most of our time on the beach, but there are 2 nice pools as well. We liked that non such is on a quiet side of the island, there isn’t a lot of nightlife in the immediate area, so if you want action, this won’t be your spot. We rented a car, a challenge if you aren’t from the UK, because of the driving on the opposite side of the road, but you adapt pretty quickly. Taxis and drivers are easy to get if you decide not to take on the driving challenge, or if you want to enjoy cocktails! Don’t miss a trip up to Sheryl Heights for Sunday night party, so much fun with great music, food and fantastic views. Only 15 minutes from resort is Half Moon Bay Beach and the Beach Bum restaurant, a great spot. We will be back, we loved this spot and our hostess, Natasha, she went out of her way to make sure we were well cared for, like family.

We stayed in Merryl’s 312 Villa at Nonsuch Residences for close to 2 weeks in January for the fourth (I think) time. Such a delight! The rooms are comfortable and pretty but our favorite spot is the deck which overlooks water, palm trees and the nearby pool. Necole the property manager is super nice and responds very quickly to questions and requests. The entire Nonsuch property is well maintained with lots of chaise lounges at the beach and the pools. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bay View Villa 312. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and crockery etc. The villa was like a home from home, spotless and tastefully furnished. the bedroom was huge, plenty of storage. the wrap around terrace was our favourite spot to sit. We were right by a swimming pool and had a view of the bay. We even had our own parking spot right outside the front door. Merryl as our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. We will definitely be returning but for longer. Tip.. its on the unspoilt side of the island so a car is recommended, particularly to drive 10 minutes to Half Moon Bay.

I’m a firm believer in comprehensive reviews so hang with me. First and foremost, Natasha is the best host we’ve had so far. From first contact to making sure we got home safely, she was amazing. When planning a trip to a place you’ve never been it’s great to have such a responsive host. Location - the location is quite remote so if you don’t mind being in the car, it’s worth the drive. Do plan ahead with groceries as it’s about 30min from the nearest store. But again; so worth the drive. Condo - Just wow! The porch is as amazing as the pictures look. The view is beautiful and the breeze is so lovely. Beds and couches are comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. And the condo is very spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine and the sun dried things quickly on the porch. There is AC in the bedrooms but it’s also open air so keep that in mind if central AC is your thing. It’s also downstairs so if that’s not your jam keep that in mind. Property - Beautiful and very well maintained. Bc it’s a bit remote it’s so quiet and peaceful and never felt crowded. There are three infinity pools, one of those is at the onsite restaurant: Breeze - AMAZING!! The atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff is just outstanding and the food is excellent. We’d totally recommend this property!
