I live near-by and come to this place very often for its beautiful view and dinning/drinking after friends told me this charming very high-end hotel! My recommendation is: If you have a bad day, come to here to view the Fields's scenery, your mood is going to change! 2 oriental girls who work at the coffee & snack shop are extremely friendly! Even though I never live here so far, but I plan to have my oversea relatives future visit to book here once or more! I watched a couple very popular videos recorded during Omi PGA resort opening and some of them show the luxurious room, sofa, pillow and more regarding how good & luxurious of the hotel rooms!

The property was stunning, the staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were spacious. I had dinner at the restaurant on property, Trick Rider and it was wonderful. Service was top notch and the food was outstanding. My colleague and I enjoyed a beverage at the Lobby bar prior to dinner and Owen (bartender) was amazing and helpful. He went so far to look at the weather for us when we mentioned moving to outside seating to enjoy the evening air. I would highly recommend the Apron for breakfast as the food was delicious, service was timely and the wall to ceiling windows with view of the 10th fairway was a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend this property for those traveling on business or personal. Also, the Ice House was a fun, outdoor bar/restaurant to enjoy some good fall weather. The music and picnic tables created a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy watching the putting green.

The property and common spaces are beautiful, and the rooms are well designed and comfortable, but the bed sheets and pillows are not up to par (there are no fitted sheets and the ones covering the mattresses are skimpy; acceptable, but not what I would expect in such a resort). Restaurant options are decent and all the food I had was quite good (and not as overpriced as expected). While check-in was professional and quick, service at the restaurants and bars can be lacking. It's possible they are understaffed; at best, I would say service is hit or miss. As an example, I had two good experiences at Apron, but my associates waited almost two hours for a simple burger at lunch time. The lobby bar - at least when I went - was an inexplicable disaster (and not at a busy time!). I sat for 10 minutes at the bar, while two or three bartenders chatted and laughed with customers at the other end. Even the bar back went over to get their attention, but I finally just left without getting a drink. Truly lame for such a resort. I believe there are better options for your money.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and in great condition. I loved everything about the room and the gym is well equipped. I liked the room decor, layout and features. The beds and pillows were better than most hotels. The TV size and chrome cast were great. I liked the lit mirror, close up mirror, and storage shelves and shaving ledge in the shower. Fairly good wall soundproofing. Toiletries have a pleasant smell. Hotel was well staffed and everyone was helpful. Improvement areas: text guest after arrival so they can use text for things needed, housekeeping comes too early (9 am), room service 24/7 or offer an option for purchasing food after 10 pm, market with conveniences, better lighting in gym, gym towels should be wet in fridge, more fruit on menu and with meals, more menu options for diet sensitivities like dairy free, play music in public spaces and live at bar that is more current and something other than country, upgrade from Keurig to Nespresso in rooms, more privacy plants in front of windows on first floor.
