Omni PGA Frisco Resort

Jordan checked us in and Sierra brought over complimentary champagne. We walked right up at 4:30 but when we came back down at 5:00 there was a line out the door that stayed for a while - Sierra was awesome throughout this. Apparently there were several company parties going on that evening which made the lobby bar 3 rows deep. Probably the only negative our whole weekend. We had trick rider the first night and it was good. We had apron the second night. Bryan was our waiter and he was fun. They have a lot of food options and actually a really great bar. That night the lobby bar was back to normal and we really enjoyed night caps, they have a great area for that. The rooms are incredible and we slept great. The coffee shop has good coffee and breakfast options. We had 3 vehicles with the valet and the first morning we needed all 3 of them for various things. Of course ALL those company party people were checking out and I have to say I have never seen a valet run SOOO perfect!! Like incredible! Hats off to whoever is in charge of that. The weather was awful the whole time so the guys only played the quick par 3 but they still really enjoyed that. We WILL definitely be back.

This resort is so great! From the valet, front desk staff, bar staff, golf course staff, and event staff they all killed it! i loved all of the amenities that the hotel had to offer and the complementary beverages and seasonal snacks were a nice touch! It was a great experience for me.

Definitely will return! Overall, the Omni PGA Frisco Resort is a fantastic choice for a golf getaway, a family vacation, or a romantic escape. The combination of world-class amenities, exceptional service, and stunning surroundings makes it a truly memorable experience.

Heaters at outdoor top golf were broken. Asked for our group to have rooms near each other, we were spread across 3 different floors. Front desk over and double charged people. Shuttle was slow and inconvenient . Rooms were nice but smaller for more money than the Las Colinas Omni

This was our first time here for my wife and I. Because it is winter we didn’t use anything outside or the pools. And they don’t have an indoor pool and hot tub. This is the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star. But everything is first class. Extremely clean. Excellent, polite, helpfull employees. Very nice lobby bar with excellent drinks. Signature restaurant by the lobby is first class in food and decor. The room is beautiful. And of course with the Omni mattress comes with a good nights sleep. Large bathroom and large shower. Quick hot water. Make up mirror. Hair dryer. Room has a safe, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. On demand movies was nice to wind down before hitting the bed. We can’t wait to come back in the summer when we can enjoy all the amenities outdoors. There definitely giving Orlando Omni ChampionsGate a run for the money. Great job here Omni.
