Omni PGA Frisco Resort

So if you need a good night, sleep and need a cool room to sleep in don’t come here this hotel carries more about managing energy than the Comfort. I hate to post this review because most of the service throughout the place has been exceptional, but I haven’t been able to get a good nights sleep for two nights and I’ve got a third night here for Bussiness. I did call the front desk and then the maintenance guy came up. He danced around everything but fix my problem. I highly don’t recommend you. Stay here if you need a good night sleep I need a cool room to get a good night sleep

Great all round place. Great food both down stairs late and lunch, hotrl room , coffee shop had many options, and putt putt game with family was great! Snd it was 9 -18 holes! After that grab some icecresn. Nice open bar when you check in. Great bbq restaurant . The shopping was great. We will return.

Loved everything about this Resort!!! A solid 10/10! We can’t wait to come back… room 4008 was AMAZING. Please see pics for details. The staff were so approachable and friendly. They had a nice 15 year wedding anniversary treat when we arrived. Night golf was fun, but we will definitely be back to play both courses!!! Want to recognize “Shay”, at the pool bar. She was attentive and very nice! Also want to thank “DJ” (bell desk), for having a great attitude. He was fun to talk to and helpful! Keep doing what you all are doing everyone… you are appreciated! Our stay at Omni Frisco Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my husband’s 30th birthday special, showering him with warm wishes throughout our visit. Their attentiveness truly made the experience unforgettable. The food was outstanding, and every meal felt like a celebration in itself. The entire team was extraordinary, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. Despite the windy weather, we made the most of the rooftop jacuzzi and heated pool, which were absolute highlights. And of course, no trip here is complete without enjoying a round of golf and a visit to the spa—it’s the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. We can’t say enough great things about Omni Frisco Resort & Spa. It’s the ideal destination for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean, good looking spacious rooms. Golf course was really challenging but caddie Reece was fun and helpful. Front desk was polite and helpful and easy to work with. Overall, nice, relaxing fun stay. Food was overall some of the best I've had at any hotel.
