Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated, the facilities are great and the staff always friendly and helpful. We had a sea view suite, very comfy and with everything you need for a week. We enjoyed the indoor pool, because the weather was changing several times a day and sometimes a little rain. So we choose the indoor pool, but it was not crowded, sometimes we were the only ones using it. The lady for the massage was super friendly and did a great job. The bar and the restaurant were good. The breakfast was super, a lot of fresh fruits. We would certainly come again when in Madeira and can recommend it to everyone.

Enjoy and relax in a fabulous and friendly hotel. Funchal is a lovely place with lots to so. Many restaurants serving delicious food. And all in a wonderful climate

An excellent and friendly hotel let down by the tired pool area and outdated gym. All the staff are very courteous and professional.

Excellent hotel with good service, friendly staff and good location in Funchal
Excellent hotel in a good location - 15 minutes walk from central Funchal - but situated on the sea front with access to and views of the sea. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Pool areas were excellent, though only one of the outdoor sea water filled pools was heated. Indoor chlorinated pool was also heated. Hotel is located amongst other hotels but has the best location of the many and is quiet. We slept with patio doors open.

Fabulous as always
Clean, incredibly comfortable, wonderful staff. Delicious food and drinks. Perfect weather and magical pool. Fabulous hot stone massage!
