Lovely Stay
Lovely stay in the G hotel. Hotel is quite modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to detail. Great breakfast with a lovely surprise of mimosas for my partners birthday. Would highly recommend for a break away in Galway.

A beautiful relaxing hotel
We stayed as a group of 4 and had a fantastic stay. Rooms were large spacious and super comfortable bed. We used the thermal spa with one member also having a massage which she said was the best she ever had. I did find the price of the thermal suite a little expensive for residents. After the thermal suite we went for dinner which has a great selection for dinner. Two dinner were not as hot as expected and Jack the food and beverage was extremely attentive and got it sorted very quickly and went above and beyond. Breakfast again had a lovely selection for everyone. Again Jack was fantastic and really made the difference for our stay. We would definitely return.

Birthday celebration.
Truly memorable stay, would highly recommend. We were upgraded to two beautiful suites and had a gorgeous treatment in their spa. Both Joey and Jack were very professional and efficient We ate in their restaurant and would recommend. Will definitely be back.

The G has certainly made Galway great again.
This hotel certainly exceeded our expectations in every way possible. On arriving at the hotel shortly before our appointed time, we were provided with complimentary tea/coffee and savouries by Lucia as a wekcoming gesture. The staff were a credit to the hotel in every way possible and Lucia at reception set the high standard for all her colleagues. Room was spotless and spacious and the 'welcome pack' of chocolate and snacks in room was a welcoming gesture we relished. Food in the hotel was excellent and the table service for breakfast provided by friendly courteous staff was special. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the G which was recommended to us by friends. We can't wait for our next visit. 5 stars for sure.

Amazing experience
Had an amazing experience at the G celebrating our one year engaged where we got engaged at the G hotel during Christmas in 2023. The facilities are of high standard, the thermal suite is amazing and the food is fabulous. Every member of staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back again soon!
