MO Experience Geneva
Excellent location and superb staff but rooms were cold in this weather. A place like MO and that too in Geneva standing next to Brit’s and Four seasons should have warm and cozy rooms and heating bathrooms - that’s least expected out of MO experience.

Exceptional service from Ali Solhi and Ingo Jantschik without a doubt the best service we have received and we travel a fair bit. The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Geneva and the suites which I recommend face the lake with breathtaking views. After this experience we will make future bookings with the Mandarin Oriental hotel. To note if you do stay here the restaurant located in the hotel Sachi is a must.

Amazing experience
The best service in the world. End to end all staff were extremely helpful. Amilia, Sam and Najib from Conceirge were super. The Whatsapp channel for guests is a great initiative and excellent 👏 and the family offers on 2nd are well received . The hotel management went out of their way to assist and always my 1st choice for Geneva

Very nice experience
The hotel is located on the river with a short walking distance to shopping restaurants and the Christmas market. Accommodations (junior suite with terrace) overlooking the river were very nice. Staff is caring attentive and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is lovely. Food is amazing and they accommodate any food allergies. Would return for sure

Fantastic Stay
Hotel is on the more exclusive block along the lake so I enjoyed not having many tourists in front of the hotel like the other luxury hotels in Geneva. Each hotel team interacted with us with genuine care. My welcome amenities were out of this world - delicate pastries brought daily! Bar team at MO Bar remembered our drink preferences and further personalized it. Sushi at Sachi was fantastic! The bedding was the most comfortable I have slept in a long time. Thank you for wonderful stay.
