Very nice experience
The hotel is located on the river with a short walking distance to shopping restaurants and the Christmas market. Accommodations (junior suite with terrace) overlooking the river were very nice. Staff is caring attentive and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is lovely. Food is amazing and they accommodate any food allergies. Would return for sure

Fantastic Stay
Hotel is on the more exclusive block along the lake so I enjoyed not having many tourists in front of the hotel like the other luxury hotels in Geneva. Each hotel team interacted with us with genuine care. My welcome amenities were out of this world - delicate pastries brought daily! Bar team at MO Bar remembered our drink preferences and further personalized it. Sushi at Sachi was fantastic! The bedding was the most comfortable I have slept in a long time. Thank you for wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay
We had a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel location is convenient and we get to walk to most of the attractions by foot. The staff is very welcoming - the smile starts from the door, to everywhere in the hotel. They also would go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Breakfast is with good selection and the a-la-carte option is the cherry on top! Overall, if you are in for a good experience in Geneva, you definitely should pay a visit to this hotel.

Laughter and Luxury in Perfect Harmony
If laughter is the best medicine, then this hotel is a certified pharmacy! The staff's wit and humor had us in stitches from check-in to check-out. But don't let the lighthearted atmosphere fool you - their attention to detail and commitment to service was second to none. The whimsical decor, complete with hidden jokes and puns, kept us entertained during our entire stay. Who knew a hotel could be this fun? We're already planning our return visit!

Central Spot with Great Service and Roomy Digs
Okay, so I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, but this place deserves a shoutout. First off, the location is ace - right in the middle of everything but somehow still quiet. The room was bigger than I expected (bonus!) and had all the stuff you need. Staff were proper helpful, especially when I lost my key (oops). Only tiny gripe was the Wi-Fi being a bit patchy,
