Really good. Looking forward to come after renovations
Everything was just really good. Staff were really nice. Two things I found little bit surprising. I made a booking through LHW which give free breakfast. When I got a menu I had two choices, I picked up one and only on check out I found there was an extra charge because I supposed to have other. But no one informed me. I travel regularly, always have free breakfast. First time I found I have to pay. When I ordered my breakfast, they brought me everything together, cold cut, fruits and eggs. It would be really nice if they could give me one by one without rushing. I had plenty of time before it was closed. It was Sunday, no rush.

The dinner at your Michelin-starred restaurant was amazing—delicious and satisfying.
I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude for the wonderful hospitality during my recent stay. A special thank you to Alexandre at reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. His warm demeanor and attentiveness made me feel right at home. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and service. I truly appreciate all the efforts and look forward to visiting again soon.

Five star hotel ten star service!
Outstanding visit. Excellent service, beautiful facilities, and wonderful location. They take an extra step to make sure your visit is special! We actually asked for directions to a local shop and when we got to the shop - they already got our information and we got special service!

Friendliest staff!
Friendliest staff! Upon arriving they wheeled out a wagon full of toys for my son to pick an item. Very accommodating and went out of their way to be kind. Every single staff member we encountered was very sweet. Left before breakfast was served but they made us hot coffee and packed to go bags. Will stay here again!

Louis & Team were fantastic!
It's a gorgeous building right on the lake and we were very impressed from the moment we arrived. Louis and the rest of the team were fantastic. This is the best hotel in Geneva, and the service and quality of the rooms reflect that. (We were on our wedding trip, and they were incredibly gracious.) We will definitely be back!
