That’s ridiculous, they have thief’s team operating in the hotel, that knows where each of cameras are placed, Berluti bag was stolen with full of things in it, and it was stolen at reception in a seconds, when I put my bag there and turned for a second they just stole my bag with reception full of staff that’s very bad for “safest country” and one of “best hotels” don’t go there

Everything about this Four Seasons is exceptional. From the first day we walked in, The Manager. Mr. Moury, greeted us with his warm and happy smile. The staff is excellent and is always working to please which is a clear reflection of leadership. Nawfel and Marie in the main bar were delightful. The Asia-Peruvian Fusion restaurant, Izumi, is top shelf.

My mother and I were discriminated against during lunch at the Four Seasons Geneva. We were asked to leave our table mid-meal because "someone else wanted it." This was an act of blatant racial discrimination—we’ve never been treated like this at any other Four Seasons worldwide, where we are regulars. When we complained to the reception, they dismissed us without care. We were so embarrassed that we left the hotel in the middle of our lunch. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a luxury brand. Discrimination like this should not be tolerated in any setting, let alone at a supposed five-star hotel.

My family and I spent 3 wonderful nights in 3 tastefully appointed rooms with well chosen amenities.Warm welcome,good food and excellent service are the hallmarks of the Four Seasons but this one stands out more. My grandson will always be reminded of his stay when he looks at the thoughtful memorabilia he was given. I am sure he will return as we hope someday.

The entire experience was wonderful! The staff was always there. The communication through the what’s app was great! The service , guest room , quality Of Food exceptional. It has been a pleasure to have been at this amazing and wonderful ambience. I fully recommend this hotel, which at the same time they make you feel part of their family .
