First class service – excellent location
Located on the Lakefront, is a few minutes’ walk from the Old City, but benefits from its close location to the main train station and the main transport links. The main frontage of the hotel overlooks the Lake, with a splendid view. For quieter rooms, there is an inner courtyard. All the rooms were renovated during and before the Covid period and therefore are quite technologically capable. A positive feature are the “roller” blinds which provide a little sound protection for those who choose Lakefront views due to the road in front. Restaurants There are two main restaurants, The Lounge, which serves all-day dining and breakfast, and a separate Michelin restaurant. The food is high quality, simple and uncomplicated, but meeting the needs of busy travellers and its international clientele. Service The team are warm, friendly and professional at all times. They go out of their way to provide a good experience and should be commended for their professionalism. Visitor Tip Request a high floor if available, and rooms without connecting doors, as the soundproofing is not as robust as you might like. Thank you the management for an excellent stay

Superb stay
Fantastic and unforgettable stay, we already are thinking of when to come back. Centrally located , wonderful/personalized staff, rooms with the view of the Geneva lake..lots and lots to do in and around the hotel . Make sure you come down for a really good a la carte breakfast and take time to enjoy every bit of it before heading out .

Great location and incredible staff!
Amazing hotel. Centrally located with great views and a restaurant that’s perfect for breakfast. Also Goodwin The Steakhouse is next door. Their steaks are AMAZING! Hugo from the hotel we t over and above to make conversation and to look after me and my family. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. 5 stars!

An unforgettable night!
Incredible food and the service was sensational. Florian is truly a master cocktail maker and crafted the most wonderful drink called a green lantern. Furthermore Francesca took really good care of us and made sure that the whole meal was gluten free. Thank you to the Fred bar staff for making our night incredible

Best hotel in Geneva. Definitely recommended!
Absolutely perfect hotel. I'll make a list of all the good stuff and pros: 1. Room quality (large and comfortable) 2. Service (great attitude and the people speak both English and French) 3. Dining (the restaurants are fantastic, with a wide range of cuisine) 4. Hygiene 5. Sleep quality 6. Value (though a bit expensive, but the value matches the quality!) 7. Atmosphere (I loved the aroma inside the reception hall)
