Highlands Hotel remains one of the better accommodation options within Resorts World Genting. While its premium pricing may raise questions about overall value, the stay itself was comfortable and pleasant. The property does show slight signs of aging, but it still maintains a standard of quality consistent with its reputation. A standout detail was the Nobility-branded toiletries—an elegant touch—though the packaging could benefit from a more refined presentation to match the upscale feel. Overall, a solid choice for those seeking comfort and convenience in Genting, though there's room for subtle enhancements to elevate the experience further.

Good stay
Got a smoking room and the air circulation is great! No smoke smell cos there is some kind of air filter in the room. Room was cosy and quiet. V near old casino and the gold club. There are a few 24 hr food joints near the lobby. The van service to sky casino was much appreciated.

Good to stay.
Good to stay. Easy to check in and hotel lobby have machine easy to do simple self-kiosk check in and check out. Room good and clean, have provide the coffee machine and capsule for stay time. Hotel also have provide the shuttle bus/van to transfer guest if you want to first world there. Downstairs have many restaurants, theme park ans casino also easy to walk thru there within 5 minutes.

No Breakfast, rude staff and miles away from mall
Hotel is a good 20 min walk away from the main mall and casino . The way there is not signposted until you are literally 1 minute away from it and the maze like structure you have to go through is over 2000 steps each time. Breakfast floor is under reconstruction and despite breakfast being paid for in the booking you don’t get it. Staff are unaware the floor is under refurbishment and all we got told was we have to pay for another breakfast in another hotel if we want to eat. Disgusting from a 5 star.

Smoking in hotel area
Hotel overall is fine in terms cleanliness, staff manners and outlook. The only thing people are smoking everywhere, which includes inside the common area. That’s very terrible! Control very bad! It’s not the first seen people smoking inside this hotel. other areas also same!
