A luxurious yet quiet place near the sea. The view is great and the seafront rooms just majestic. My basic smash cocktail was perfectly made by the always smiley and welcoming Lefteris at Alelia bar. Finally, Jean-Paul, my wonderful host, did his very best to show me all the beautiful treasures of the complex!

This is without a doubt a very beautiful property with excellent amenities. The staff are friendly and pleasant but there are major issues with the way this resort is run. Given that it has been open for one year it seems unusual that they have not yet worked out the kinks. Let's start with the breakfast service. Each day we were there we waited and waited for a server to even take our order and the first day we waited twenty minutes after being seated for a coffee. We were completely ignored and I had to get up and find the hostess to finally get some attention. Even after ordering our breakfast we waited and waited for our meal and of course when it arrived it was cold. Breakfast took over two hours. The second day when arriving at breakfast we ordered coffee as we sat down but yet again had to go ask for a server to take our order and once again received cold food after a very long wait. After complaining to the manager we received a fresh order within ten minutes. Why do we have to complain to get proper service at the very, very expensive property. This is a great place if you have young children but if you are a couple looking to relax I suggest you look somewhere else. The bungalow we were assigned was right next to another where a young child's birthday party was taking place in the later afternoon extending into the evening with a DJ, loud music, and very noisy children's games. When we complained it took forever for someone to finally suggest they could move us to a room half the size of what we were in at the time. I can only ask why this resort who well knew this child's party was scheduled, who catered the food for that party and assisted in planning it, would place a couple with no children right next door when this is an extremely large property with accommodation spread out over a huge area. Clearly, there is little attention to detail and huge attention on how much they can charge for everything , including the accommodations, as well as the food and wine. Twenty-five euros for an ordinary glass of wine, fourteen euros for a coffee, all with very poor service. This beautiful property deserves better and so do the guests.

Fantastic experience! The resort is very beautiful and fits nicely architecturally into its surroundings. The bungalows are perfect, very spacious with a large outdoor area, pool and fireplace. The interior of the bungalow is high-end and cleanliness is excellent. The concierge service was outstanding, everything was organized seamlessly. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. Overall great experience!

We stayed in the Riviera Bugalow Suite at the Seafront this October, which was absolutely stunning in every way. Its pretty and beautiful from every angle, and bigger than expected (even a guest bathroom). Expensive but stunning. We enjoyed the in room dining for four people one night (rib eye was fantastic, even for room service!!), and the Ora restaurant the other (beautiful seafood). Cuisine in both is of the highest standard, with beautiful dishes and taste. Our suite was also amazingly prepared for 4 month old baby, including a baby bed and baby friendly cleaning products (even Mustela baby products, amazing). Although the service got off on the wrong foot, it was made up correctly later on. The whole stay was especially special by the efforts from Anna, Angel, Mike, Georgio and Andre. Special shout out to Georgio from the Ora restaurant, who clearly has the most amazing conversational skills and shows the definition of hospitality. Thank you all and looking forward to coming back!

The attention to detail is incredible, service from everyone is out of this world, bungalow accommodation was lovely, services throughout simply outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. Overall a wonderful experience, service to a higher level, lovely food and ambience. We will be back.
