One&Only Aesthesis

Our family spent a wonderful time here. It’s our first experience with One and Only, and after this trip, we’d definitely like to try other locations in the future. The room service is always fast-responding, attentive and energetic. Especially the people in the dinning area, they told me many stories about this place and the cats living in here. I’m just glad that they paid so much attention to us. More to that, the landscape and the interior design is super, everything is well preserved. The kids club is also very spacious. Everything’s right on my spot. 我们一家三口带着三岁不到的小朋友来的，从设计到服务每一样都很完美。餐厅的工作人员非常热情的和我们介绍酒店的历史以及店内几只猫咪的由来。选择one&only是本次行程最正确的选择之一，以后会再尝试其他地点的。再次感谢本次对接我们的工作人员团队。

The most outstanding service we’ve ever received. We have travelled a lot and stayed at beautiful hotels but the service at One&only aesthesis is unmatched. Special thank you to Mike, who does his job with conviction and compassion. All the staff were very accommodating and went that extra mile to ensure we have a good time. The resort itself is beautiful, set in the Athenian mountains along the rivIera. Very clean and lovely vibes.

Great place to stay if you're looking for a honeymoon, family trip, etc. have a kids only club for kids, and club one for sports and spa is also great. Hotel itself is very good. The staff is incredible and courteous. Jean-Paul and Andreas from Ora are great people. They took good care of us. Good place to be.

From the moment I stepped into ,,One&Only Aesthetics “I knew I was in for something special. Check-in? A breeze. Iraklis made me feel like royalty—super professional and welcoming. While I was still figuring out how to spell "Kalimera," the concierge had already taken my bags, and by the time I finished checking in, my luggage was magically waiting in my room. And they accommodated me with an early check-in—talk about VIP treatment! Sotiria at the front desk? A true saint. I bombarded her with so many questions (seriously, I should have been charged an "excessive curiosity fee"), yet she answered every single one with patience, professionalism, and not a single eye-roll. Then there’s Stefan—my fellow Bulgarian and absolute legend! He took me on a tour of the resort with the golf car, making sure I saw all the amazing facilities like the spa, gym, tennis etc. Super professional, incredibly kind, and just the best guide I could have asked for. It felt great to have someone from home making my experience even more special. Благодарности, Стефан! You’re a star! The guest experience manager, Jean Paul—yes, like that Jean Paul—was another standout. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that I was having the best time. And just when I thought the service couldn’t get any better—Juan made sure I was taken care of even when I arrived super late for dinner. The kitchen at Manco was already closed, but he still checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Huge thanks to the spa and gym teams for their kindness! Louise, the lovely French girl, even gave me Guerlain samples, which made me feel extra fancy. Communication was so easy—everything was done via WhatsApp, and replies came in under a minute. Faster than my mom text me back lol The hotel itself? Stunning. The style, the design, the views—all top-tier. The rooms are spacious, the vibe is pure luxury, and the people make it truly unforgettable. I tried my best to remember everyone's names, but honestly, every single staff member was incredible! PS: Sorry for the long review, but you guys truly deserve it! Every detail, every moment—just perfection. Can’t wait to come back!
