Nice place to visit
Every thing was very nice Only room service was little slow Buffet breakfast and dinner had very less option in veg As I was staying for 3 days the food option were repeated I was only disappointed with the food menu in buffet Overall it was a great experience

Overall Ok except the above incident
Stayed with my family to celebrate my Birthday and daughter’s Marriage anniversary. Staff service is good. Facilities are good. Location is just on the beach. But sea was dirty and we could not enjoy it. We Missed a pair of expensive Nike Shoes. With continuous effort of Mr Sonu Khoond, AM House keeping, it was traced in 5 days and couriered to my address. He is an asset to Hyatt team.

Exceptional Service
Had an amazing experience! The staff was incredible—so warm and attentive. A special mention to my butler, Titir, who was there at all times. She went above and beyond to ensure my days were extremely comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for better! Can’t wait to be back.

nice little getaway
Spent 3 nights here - lovely hotel, beautiful grounds and nice staff. Generally great experience bar a few things. Slow check in even after following up, airport pickup issue (this was fixed up) staff not communicating with each other/back of house with our queries. All issues were fixed in the end.

Great hotel experience at Grand Hyatt Goa
The staff at Grand Hyatt Goa were wonderful. I would like to thank Sangeeta, Rukhsar and Bhaskar, Pradeep their team leader. Wonderful wonderful stay. Very kind staff in breakfast restaurant Sushant and his team Rohan & Moupiya. We appreciate all the efforts made by staff.
