We visited The St. Regis Goa Resort to celebrate our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we were extremely impressed and genuinely thankful for the level of hospitality, care and warmth shown to our family. What truly sets this resort apart is how they make you feel special in every single interaction. Every member of the team we encountered was attentive, warm and genuinely happy to help. We had made a few special requests for our anniversary, and the team was incredibly prompt and thoughtful in accommodating them. Our room was also beautifully and elegantly decorated, making our celebration even more memorable. But what happened during our stay went far beyond what we could have expected from any luxury resort. Unfortunately, our entire family came down with a viral fever during the vacation. Despite that, the team at St. Regis went completely out of their way to make sure we could still enjoy our time together. Knowing that our six-year-old could get bored while the rest of us were unwell, the team even set up a little tent inside our room for him. Every day, they thoughtfully sent fruits and other little treats to our room to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. One of the most memorable gestures was when they prepared a special Tody Drink for us everyday to help provide some relief from our cough and even shared its recipe with us. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch. These are the moments that stay with you. In all our travels, we have never experienced this level of genuine hospitality anywhere else. The resort itself is absolutely top-notch, but it is the people who truly make St. Regis Goa exceptional. From the security guard at the entrance, to the buggy drivers, front-office team, housekeeping and restaurant staff — everyone was consistently available, helpful and greeted us with a genuine smile. A very special mention to Kanika and Sharadi. These two wonderful ladies are, in our view, the backbone of the St. Regis culture. They were always there for our family, anticipating our needs and making sure we were comfortable. Their warmth, attention and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience. We would also like to mention Ritwik, Cyrus Kurt, Anuj, Suraj, Lingappa, Morris, and the many other team members whose names we may have missed but who each left an unforgettable impression on us. Every interaction added something special to our stay. The resort facilities are excellent, and the private beach is beautifully maintained, with rare white sand that makes it particularly special. The entire property feels luxurious without losing that warm, personal touch. If you are a premium traveller, an NRI family visiting Goa, travelling with young children, or even travelling with older parents, choose this resort with your eyes closed. For us, this is quite simply the best hospitality experience you can get in Goa. A huge thank you to the entire St. Regis Goa family for making our anniversary so memorable — and for taking such wonderful care of our family when we needed it most. We will never forget it and will certainly be back.

We had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Goa Resort. The property is absolutely beautiful, the food was great, and the hospitality made the whole experience even more special. A very special mention to our butler, Sahil, who was truly the game changer for us. My son wasn’t feeling well during our stay, and Sahil went out of his way to help us with absolutely anything we needed. One message or call and he was there, arranging everything and making sure we were comfortable. That kind of personal attention and genuine care really made a huge difference to our stay. A big thank you to him! Also a huge shout-out to Amber and Suraj from the restaurant team. Both were absolutely wonderful and took such good care of us. Overall, a fantastic experience. Beautiful property, great food, but above all, an amazing team. Kudos to everyone at The St. Regis Goa Resort! We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this beautiful property. Sunny, my butler, was always just a phone call away, along with Uma Anand, who made our stay even more special. A special thanks to Vishu for helping us with the reservations, and to Chef Santosh and Chef Sagar for making my meals truly memorable. The pool team also did a fantastic job. We stayed at the property to celebrate my daughter's first birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make the celebrations special. I would particularly like to mention Ms Kanika, who helped us with the reservations; Mr Anuj from the F&B team, who made sure all meals were excellent; and Mr Shubham, our butler, who was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is a great choice when travelling with family - the staff catered to the needs of all age groups and accommodated baby amenities and special dietary requests. The rooms, pool, and breakfast were all lovely. We would definitely be back soon.
