The Leela Goa

Best resort / hotel in Goa; have had the pleasure of enjoying this property several times over the past few years, and it has always been exceptional. Been visiting this property since it was the Leela, but it has become our favourite resort in Goa since it was taken over by St. Regis; even more than Goa, this is one of our favourite places, anywhere in the world. Have seen the transformation of this beautiful property from the beginning, and it is always exciting to see continued improvements from the Lobby area to the restaurant, pool etc. over the past 3 years or so. Stayed for 3 days over the Independence Day weekend this August, and this was the best stay yet. From the warm welcome at check-in to the luxurious comfort of the suite to the great food and service at restaurants to walking and biking around the perfectly groomed property; it was a joy to be here as always (we generally stay at least twice a year here, whenever we are in Goa.) 3 people deserve a special mention: Dianne and Kanika from the Front office; they truly make us feel like family, and went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. We’ve know Dianne for a few years from the Westin in Anjuna, and it was a pleasure to see her at SR; she has always provided superb service, and this time was no exception; we’re sure she’ll be an asset to this property, as she was the the Westin. It was also great to see Kanika back at SR; we first met her 2-3 years ago since we first started coming to SR, and even when she was not working at the property, she always responded to our queries, and connected us with the right staff to take care of all our needs. Rithik Negi from the Butler service provided excellent service, and was always available to answer questions, and take care of all our needs. We look forward to visiting again later in the year, or early next year. Keep improving; no reason why this should not be the best Hotel-resort in all of Goa, but also one of the best in India, and in South Asia.

The place is amazing with great hospitality. Staffs were so friendly and always willing to go beyond their duty. Niskriti and Rithik were too good. Room was well maintained and housekeeping would always be at your service. Mr. Mohanty from buggy team was worth mentioning. One of the best buffet breakfast in Goa. Overall, the experience was much beyond our expectation. Can’t wait to visit the property again!!

Had a memorable stay. staff were very helpful and supportive. special thx to 1) Butler - Shubham 2) Concierge - Ishita, Shubham 3) Chef - Santosh, Terence 4) Waiter - Amber, Karan, Marina they really took care of us. there was some problem with AC, but they upgraded is to suite room next day. property is awesome with very neat and clean private beach. The restaurant had a very good spread for breakfast and dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Goa Resort. The property is breathtaking—easily one of the most stunning and serene places you could imagine, with great culinary offerings across every meal. What truly elevated our entire experience, however, was the extraordinary team. A special heartfelt thanks to Mr. Vasu Oli, who gave us such a warm welcome upon arrival and took exceptional care of us throughout our entire stay. His genuine warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made all the difference. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to our butler, Mr. Rishin Dey, who was immensely helpful, courteous, and attentive to every detail, as well as Laxmi, who was wonderfully sweet and made us feel so well looked after. A big thank you to the entire staff who took care of us during breakfast and dinner—every meal was a delight thanks to your impeccable service. The dedication and warmth shown by everyone turned a great trip into an unforgettable memory. Highly recommended, and we cannot wait to return!

Family trip for 6 days-their staff starting from house keeping, front staff, Miri staff, gym, Bar - were exceptional. Miri staff- exceptional customer service (Special mention to Anuj, Yash, Suraj, Priyansh). Took special care of the kids due to their food allergies. Went an extra mile in every meal. Gym- highly recommend taking out some time at the gym with Shaan who showed me some very effective core building exercises. Bar- Rovin was amazing and served us with a big smile on his face. Front Office:- Sabitry was on the ball from the moment we arrived. Looked after us throughout. It’s not the place but the people in it that make it so memorable. Thank you St Regis for your exceptional hospitality and care. We leave with a little piece of you with us. Most importantly we will return to enjoy this magnificent property and its exceptional people again.
