Very good service, really nice rooms. Excellent location. All staff are really well trained and give excellent customer service.

Beautifully appointed throughout. The staff are well presented and extremely friendly and attentive. Loved the hotel facilities and highly recommend. My experience was wonderful.

The Faboulous Langham  - Gold Coast After touring Eastern Australia and New Zealand, we stayed 9 nights at this fabulous hotel of the Gold Coast, just at the beach, touching the Jubilee Walk. Our room was n° 906 with a breathtaking ocean view balcony. Hotel is at a walkable distance from the known Q1 tower and Surfers' Paradise. What we have appreciated: A1)All new facilities, properly and regularly maintained A2)The pro-active, smiling and efficient personnel, at any level of The Langham. A3)The presentation and quality of the food and fresh Australian grown fruits served at bkf. A4)The quality of food at the pool bar and room service. A5)There are only six pink cabanas to be rented (and reserved 1 day in advance) at an additional daily (from 09h30AM to 03h00PM) charge of AU$200  with 2 wood beach chairs, minifridge with iced water, soft drinks and freshly prepared  sandwiches  hamper (food limitation are taken in due consideration) for an additional AU$40.Two hotel beach employees are providing the service. What we have less appreciated: B1)The fun pool was very crowded since early morning, attended by many children and we had no chance to find two bed chairs. B2)We are beachgoers and - apart the cabanas whose use shall stop at 03h00PM - it is not possible to continue to rent a beach or bed chairs till sunset which occurr around 07h30PM. Thus, we privately bought 2 bed chairs from Pacific Fair and left to life guards Watch Tower n°31, before leaving. B3)At bkf, certain mornings, we had to wait too long for a cup of coffee. B4)The sliding bathroom door of room 906 is not working properly. A special thank and consideration to Jake Ludlow, Front Office Manager, Lorenzo at the front office desk, Kelian at the pool bar and cabanas and the entire efficient bkf team. We will come back. Esq. The Langham Gold Coast is a decent hotel with a mix of highs and lows. It's a good choice for a comfortable stay, but there are areas where it could elevate its guest experience.

Highly recommended, perfect location for surfing. You can go for either indoor or outdoor swimming pool. There are a lots of choices on foods.
