Most of the rooms have two single beds pushed together, but I was willing to sacrifice a king-sized bed for the amazing view. I wasn't a fan of the thin pillows, but they had a pillow menu where I could order a firmer one that suited me better. The decor was in line with the rest of the hotel (styled like the Alhambra Palace) so making it modern wouldn't make sense, though some modern conveniences like USB charging ports would be handy! I loved the Japanese style bidet toilets though, they reminded me of being back in Japan! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and happy to recommend nearby activities. Being a 5-minute walk away from the Alhambra was fantastic, allowing me to visit first thing in the morning. Getting into town is an easy ten-minute walk, but the return journey requires a pretty strenuous uphill climb. Luckily, there are convenient and cheap buses every ten minutes that stop directly outside. The bar is a great place to appreciate the view but it's pricey - €15 for a gin and tonic... this seems to be standard practice in luxury hotels though!

The Alhambra Palace Hotel is absolutely fabulous! We stayed 2 nights, had a beautiful view from our balcony. Beds are very comfy, great shower, the room was spacious. All of the staff are so gracious & helpful, the best. The breakfast is delicious, just outstanding. We also had lunch & dinner on the terrace, good food & lovely view. The hotel is about 5 or 10 minutes walk from the Alhambra (make sure to get your tickets in advance, we recommend a guided tour, passport is required.) the hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Albaicín neighborhood. Thank you to all the staff!! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in a room with a wonderful city view. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The hotel is very close to the Alhambra which is just what we wanted. The hotel staff were very helpful particularly Maria Teresa (our guardian angel) and Elisa who gave us details of a local tour guide company which was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at the Alhambra Palace

Hubby & I stayed here 2 nights while visiting Grenada. It is a fantastic location! The views are outstanding! You can easily walk on a path to the bustling downtown area. It is also a close walk to the Alhambra fort area. The history of the hotel is fascinating. All of the employees were very friendly. We had the breakfast included which was a lovely buffet.

We loved our stay! The view from the windows were extraordinary, and the bed was very comfortable. The food was also delicious and the breakfast spread was plentiful, fresh, and in an excellent layout. I only wish our particular room had more counter space both in the room and in the bathroom. It was minimal so we had to keep most things in the suitcases. A very minor inconvenience however and as time went on we got used to it. One thing I wanted to mention: during breakfast we noticed some of the staff continuously coming in and checking on a family with kids. They never went up to the family but from the corner kept on checking on them every 10-15 minutes. The kids were not disrupting at all, they were well behaved overall, just were getting out of their seat once in a while minimally. It made me feel uncomfortable on behalf of the family, because they were doing nothing wrong. Honestly, if they were doing this to us, I would have gone up to the staff myself to ask what the issue was. It felt intrusive and unnecessary. Great stay overall, definitely recommend
