In the heart of Gstaad village and the Promenade on your doorstep, Le Grand Bellevue was originally built in 1912 as a Cure House and Spa and continues to hold the title of the oldest palace hotel in Gstaad. This luxury Swiss resort combines the refinements of a grand hotel with the charm of a cozy country home. Family-owned, managed and designed, the hotel comprises 57 bedrooms. Bold colours, eye-catching prints and elegant furniture make up the interiors. All suites and rooms offer panoramic views of the Gstaad Saanenland mountains. Another fabulous stay at Le Grand Bellevue
Le Grand Bellevue is by far our favourite hotel ever which is why we keep going back! This is our 5th time there and every second of our stay was perfect as usual! The wonderful staff make us feel so welcome and at home especially Olivier and Edgar who we now know for many years! Thank you also for the gluten free birthday cake and card, it always makes me feel so special! We are always so sad to leave but we look forward to returning for our next visit to Gstaad!!

Fabulous service, food and setting
We took a short trip here for two nights and really enjoyed so many aspects. Staff are amazing - from the front desk to the concierge to the maids to the restaurant and bar staff. Clean rooms, tasteful decor, prompt service to replenish items. We had winter half board which included buffet and a la carte breakfast and dinner three course menu. The food was phenomenal - so many locally sourced items, beautifully prepared and presented. The spa was very nice - we used the different saunas and the gym. We look forward to returning someday.

Best Day in Gstaad
My family and I had an amazing stay at Le Grand Bellevue. The staff from the reception, restaurants and spa were super friendly and helpful especially the concierge staff, Olivier, who organised a wonderful excursion day for us. We had a driver to take us to the most scenic places and had the most delicious lunch at the best fondue restaurant in town. Thank you very much Olivier for giving us the most memorable day in Gstaad!!

It’s always a pleasure going back to this hotel, there are tons of positive aspects, big and small, too numerous to list. And that is what makes this place so special. Driving their Microlino was great fun as well! Always happy to arrive and sad to leave…

Once is not enough!
Undoubtedly the best Hotel in Gstaad for people who value human relationships and cosiness as much as perfect service and beautiful landscape ! Mr Olivier Desbois, Guest Ambassador speaking 17 languages, has a major role in providing information and making any arrangements for the most successful stay. Many thanks to each member of the staff who treats guests with profound respect and unlimited kindness.
